The sun was out so we thought about where to go to catch it and eat. The Grand was perfect with its al fresco terrace facing the setting sun. Also the taps style food was exactly what we required on a sunny day. Service was friendly and professional.
Cafe Grand – Grand Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaOur first visit to Greens this evening. Simply well cooked food, superbly presented, in pleasant surroundings, with a really warm atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and friendly but never pushy, the menu choices are varied. One thing that did not vary was the quality - excellent throughout. Our first visit will not be our last.
Greens Bistro – St. Annes-On-SeaWe visited the restaurant for our first time last Friday, as we arrived we were greeted by the extremely friendly staff who were a spectacular to us all evening. The food was outstanding, hats off to the head chef, my husband went for the kleftico and I went for the melitzana, we thoroughly enjoyed both dishes and the Greek yogurt sundae for dessert topped off a delicious meal. If you want good quality food the olive tree is the place to go!
Olive Tree Brasserie – St. Annes-On-SeaExcellent food, excellent service, and their 4-courses-for-a-tenner offer is excellent value for money. Genuinely the best Indian restaurant I've ever eaten in in the UK.
Gemma Indian Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaWe went to the olive tree on saturday the 28th.We booked a table for 7.30 and ordered for just before 8pm. The service was ok but the food was disappointing we had to wait for an hour and ten mins for our main course. When it did arrive it was on the cool side, not wanting to wait anymore we ordered coffee witch was very bitter and the milk was sour. I do not know what has happened to this restaurant but it is a shadow of its former self, what a shame I will not be back in a hurry if at all .I THINK PEOPLE SHOULD SEE ALL REVIEWS.
Olive Tree Brasserie – St. Annes-On-SeaStaying in Blackpool for a few days and chose this Indian, after using this and seeing others recommendations. The 4 course set meal is now £9.99 not £8 as detailed on here but it is still great value. We had 2 children and 2 kids in our party and including 2 lots of drinks, we spent £40. We could not finish it all, so shows the great value. Staff were very friendly, though our waiters English was not the best but if you are in the Blackpool area...give this place a go.
Gemma Indian Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaExcellent food and quick service. A very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone.
Beach Terrace – St. Annes-On-Seareasonably priced, very tasty dish and good quality lamb! decent portion size and meal looked very appetising plus friendly service :) will definitely frequent again. thank you for a great meal dil raj!
The Dilraj – St. Annes-On-SeaThis is a gem of a restaurant! Small, yet cosy. The food is sublime. Strongly recommend you visit and taste the superb food. The green Thai curry is fantastic!
Banthai – St. Annes-On-SeaWe went on Sat 6th December, it was our 2nd visit and the food was amazing, the staff are all lovely and the Chef's are a credit to the place. We are from Castleton, Rochdale and we used to have a fab Greek Taverna in Heywood - Dionysus, but they moved to Blackpool. Can't wait to go back again. My Sister and Brother in Law live in Ansdell and are so lucky having the Olive Tree on their door step.
Olive Tree Brasserie – St. Annes-On-SeaI have been going to Gemma's Indian Restaurant for over two years now and i am telling you, it is the best Indian restaurant in the area. I have tried all the rest but found something lacking. The staff are excellent, they will go out of their way to accommodate you. They have a 4 course meal deal on three times a week, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. They give you that much food, I have to ask for a doggy bag to take home.
Gemma Indian Restaurant – St. Annes-On-Seai must say its one of the best place to go and have your Indian meal, i have compared the food with the other Indian restaurants such as the Mogul , red fort and the bilash but the gemma came on top, my wifes favorite dish is the murgi masala which is one of the specials but i think the masala is the best in town, the service is standard the manager is very helpful, but we miss ali from London who was a great waiter
Gemma Indian Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaWe have visited this restaurant on numerous occasions, and as a vegetarian, unlike many restaurants, I always seem to be able to eat something different. The food is ALWAYS amazing, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Last time we visited it was my son's birthday, and after playing Happy Birthday, on came the traditional "Zorba". It was great that the staff danced and got us up too, then Stefanos the chef, came out and smashed some plates. This was such a special touch and made the evening very memorable. For something different try one of the Greek Nights. We went to the last one, and with the wonderful meze banquet and the live music, our party had a fantastic night, which is still being talked about! Stefanos you truly are a gifted chef, the best food in Lancashire! Keep up the good work, we will be back.
Olive Tree Brasserie – St. Annes-On-SeaCertainly the best Restaurant ive been to for years! After hearing from alot of friends about how how good this place is we finally gave it a go and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the place, the great friendly service and fantastic food made it a perfect dining experience for me and my family. We went on a Tuesday night and the place was packed and we saw them turn people away, which just shows how good of a Resuarant it is. We got told when we were there that its now open 7 days a week which is great for us as mondays is our only day off together as a family! Well done to the Olive Tree! Yassas!
Olive Tree Brasserie – St. Annes-On-SeaHeard a lot about this restaurant so we thought we would give it a go, we were not disappointed, the food was great, it's got a great fresh feel to the place very smart.
Olive Tree Brasserie – St. Annes-On-SeaThis is about the worst fish and chip shop I have ever been to. The chips are horrible and so is the batter. Also the last and only time I was in there the girl serving spent her whole time with her back to me eating chips straight out of where they are served from (Not very hygenic as well as being unprofessional!)
Seafarers Restaurant – St. Annes-On-Seavery disappointing food and service cold food wasn't very friendly i have eaten in better around the area. the host was very rude when i said to him he could of at least of said thank you when i handed him the money for the bill . he replied don't come again how rude
