Ist time dinner's at the vine on valentines night, great food great service in a warm friendly atmosphere. Will certainly go back. Thanks to the "vine team "

Enjoyed our meals last night, some interesting varied main course choices. Good service. My only suggestion is please warm your plates and jugs etc before serving it helps keep the food warm for longer. When a waiter expects you to take a plate from him you know the plates are not going to be warm.

As always, a delicious Sunday lunch, roast beef for me, roast turkey for my husband. Good selection of vegetables, lots of gravy and delicious Yorkshire pudding. A warm, friendly pub with great menu, efficient and friendly service and excellent value for money

I cannot imagine visiting any where more wonderful. From the moment you step in you feel at home, beautifuly furnished and complimented by a crackling wood fire. The food is locally sourced and superb and the staff are helpful without intruding. Gorgeous place to visit, I will definitely be going back.

The Vine is my most favorite restaurant ever. The food is amazing accompanied by the best service and atmosphere. When I visit the UK we visit and enjoy so good ole hospitality. We had our 5th visit since November last Saturday and were not disappointed! We shared a a duck pate starter which was very good I had game pie and my wife had pheasant in a white wine and garlic sauce for our main course , both were excellent. The other diners around us seemed to be having an equally good experience . An added bonus is the cosy bar for pre-dinner drinks, (nice beers) also a very welcoming log fire in the restaurant. The only disappointment was they had run out of salt marsh lamb but the game pie made up for it! The wine list was perfect for all tastes and not over priced. We will be back soon!!!

Have been here several times, mainly for Sunday dinner, and every time the food is spectacular, the staff are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the menu. I can highly recommend the Vine.
