Excellent food and service from Simon and the team. Our friends were visiting from America and we were all impressed by the experience and will now come back again

We had a lovely evening & the food was of a high standard as always. There was a cosy fire & the waitress was very efficient & friendly (don't think we've seen her before) It was a quiet evening (wed) which we prefer ....it can sometimes get a bit noisy! We'll be back soon!

We were very impressed by our first visit. The waitress was extremely attentive and helpful, and our meal was lovely. We didn’t have to wait long to be served and were surprised by the generous portion size of our meals. All good. Thank you!!

We visited the Vine on Sunday & we were treated to their amazing fish platter sharing starter & superb roast beef. The quality of the food was excellent & so generous that we could not indulge in a pudding … but there was a great selection & looked divine. All very reasonably priced. Lovely cosy atmosphere & attentive service from welcoming staff. We are now looking forward to our next visit.

First visit Sunday we had roast beef followed by apple crumble /ice cream ,I had scillian lemon torte with ice cream ,faultless, it was amazing ,we will be regulars,from the minute we walked in we were made so welcome ,well done team ,even sent a note into the kitchen to sat thank you never done that before

Another lovely meal at the Vine, great food, good value and nice staff. We actually overpaid as we were given the next tables bill which we hadn't checked. The staff did notice fortunately and gave us a refund which impressed me even more

my wife and I had the beef and the turkey both meals were great followed by 1 ice-cream 2 scoops and 1 chees-cake again great complimented with really good service in all a lovely evening meal Thank you

First time eating here and I have to say it was delicious, I would recommend eating here and we shall be returning soon we were very impressed.

I can to the Vine on 2/9/23 in a group of 7 people for a birthday celebration and the food and service was excellent. Last night I brought a friend and again the food and service was excellent. The menu is varied, beautifully presented and garnished, cooked as requested and thoroughly enjoyable. I shall be back.

A lovely pub. Beer and wine was good. However my ribeye steak was very poor. More fat than meat. Made them take it off the bill. Will not be visiting again in the near future.

Fabulous Sunday lunch, lovely accommodating staff fitting us all in at short notice. Only ever had excellent food here, particularly the fresh fish, best in the area. Thanks everyone! See you soon.
