Lovely meal, great service what more could you ask for.

We went as a group of 5 on Sunday, what amazing value for money. Fabulous afternoon sitting next to the open fire. Very good service. We enjoyed it that much we booked again for 2 weeks time

Another good Meal. The mushroom/ onion soup was superb. The venison kebabs were up to their usual standard and the liver dish looked nice and met with approval .

Fabulous service, atmosphere and food as always... Would definitely recommend.

Excellent food in a cosy dining room, a great pleasure after the chrome and glass noisy boxes found today. The staff couldn't have been better! The portions are generous; a little too much for me!

The first time we have visited the Vine. The food was superb, especially the Game Pie !!. Great location, good atmosphere and a roaring open fire. We will be back !!

Good food at a reasonable price. Friendly and efficient service in a cosy and comfortable environment. Just what you want a meal in a country pub to be.

Had a wonderful lunch yesterday. My steak was cooked to perfection and my friend said her duck was amazing. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. The Vine is my favourite pub in the area, keep up the good work, will be back soon.

Booked lunch for 5 on a Saturday. Five different meals and everyone was really pleased with their meal, plates went back empty. Service was great and the atmosphere with a roaring fire was so welcoming. We will definitely be back .

Another good Meal, the Korean chicken and hot chocolate was ideal for a frosty lunchtime!

Super Christmas meal with friends, food was hot and freshly prepared. Service was first class.

The restaurant was lovely and very inviting with a lovely log fire. Unfortunately the food let it down because most things we wanted to order they had run out of this was at 7.30 in the evening . The food which they said they had got they couldn't complete and had to change it again for alternatives. If it wasn't for being with our family we wouldn't have stayed.

This place is lovely. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was very good and the atmosphere homely and warm. Despite a mix up with a meal for one of our party of six, the staff more than made up for the error by apologising profusely, deducting the cost of that meal and offering a free round of drinks. We will certainly go back. Thank you for a most excellent of evenings.

Had an amazing Christmas meal here the atmosphere was great food amazing service really nice stumbled upon this on a walk when we got lost wondering around we stopped for a drink and immediately books a Christmas dinner here Would recommend
