We have frequented the Vine a number of times and have always enjoyed good food and drinks there. We particularly like the specials as my partner is very much into seafood, fish and game. On this occasion he enjoyed the saddle of rabbit while my own steak was very nice and a good portion. On hearing it was my partners birthday they gave us an extra sweet that resembled a birthday cake presented with a chorus of happy birthday that was much appreciated. The Vine had made adjustments for the pandemic and we felt these worked well and we felt very safe eating there. We will certainly be returning in the future.

Great welcome, clean and inviting space. Everything was serviced to order and the food was beautiful. Staff was very professional and attended to all our needs. Enjoyable experience and will definitely visit again.

First time and the Sunday lunch was beautiful, definitely recommend.

Visited Vine Inn for the first time since lockdown, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The meal was beautiful, we chose the Game pie and the Roast Pheasant which was well prepared and very filling. Our waiting staff Mark aka the ‘ Mark Angel’ was a good laugh and Kia very attentive. Lovely atmosphere and would definitely go again.

Always love going to the Vine. Food is always fantastic and atmosphere is always great and friendly.

Perfect Sunday dinner again from the vine!

1st meal out in 4 months re covid. Fantastic place so much so booked again this week. The food is rally tasty and lots of choice. Staff were friendly but very professional in ensuring items such as salt pepper pots cleaned after every table use. Proper linen table cloths which gives a real restaurant touch. The locally sources morello cherry ice cream is lush.

Another lovely lunch for my Dads birthday. Food and service excellent as always. Amazing pork and stuffing sandwich and the chips are so good!

Excellent Sunday lunch, quick friendly service, good value for money. Only negative - we were given a table in the bar, right by the door. The pub was very busy and we felt a little cramped and disturbed by other customers coming in and out of the bar taking drinks to the garden area.

Had Sunday lunch here yesterday and can’t wait to come back again. The roasts were plentiful, well cooked with a nice selection of veggies . The staff and service were excellent and so was the Shiraz! All at reasonable prices too. Will definitely recommend

A pub with real character! I had two fine pints of Wainwrights real ale and a gorgeous chicken supreme dish. Great value and good service. I'd like to visit in summer and sit by the stream. Recommended!

What a great pub, bags of character and lovely food and beer. Would recommend heartily!

Excellent food. Service always amazing. Their Thursday and Sunday deal with 3 courses for £9.95 is a bargain. By far the best curry house in the local area.

Just visited for a pint and a cob. Decided to have chips with it. Not impressed either with the price or the quality of the food. Won't be eating here again.
