The food was good. I had a great time with my wife and daughter. Fun time for our wedding aniversay.

Third visit in 12 months to Spoons Ipswich and unfortunately not the experience we have been used to! There seemed to be less people cleaning tables and plates and previously there has been someone monitoring the food section and arranging for fresh top ups as soon as dishes get low, there was nobody really doing this and the food was not getting replenished quickly enough.

After booking online and having a confirmation and then a reminder of booking online Saturday afternoon for a booking at 5.00 pm. We travelled about 50 minutes to get there only to find the restaurant closed and a sign at the door saying they had a gas leak, while I appreciate these things happen it would have been nice to have also received an email to advise it would be closed. We was t able to eat there and as there were 7 of us that were looking forward to the buffet meal we had to find somewhere else to eat. Luckily we found Papa Panda which is also in Ipswich and they were happy to accommodate us.

Got a phone call to say they wasnt opening complete waste of a trip there

Me and my girlfriend were the only people inside but were made very welcome. The 2 members of staff were also very friendly and active with new drinks when needed.

A group of us (old school friends) enjoyed a lovely evening at the Gallery for a Christmas Catch up. From organising the booking, to the service on the night we couldn't have been happier. Good selection of drinks, fab cocktails, all with table service and a smile! What more could we ask for!

Service=Money

Good choice of food, staff refilling as things get empty, constantly cleaning up after messy people! Only problem I had was a lot of kids running around in and out of food area and dining area, touching food with hands and sticking fingers in chocolate fountain- no parents about but even after I complained to a member of staff that a child was putting grubby hands in the marshmallows and chocolate, she was reluctant to stop them. Kids should be supervised in the food area!!! Apart from this, all was OK, but I'd rather they enforced minor supervision in food area. I felt it was good value for an all you can eat buffet. I'll definitely go again.

Food was really nice , was a great selection always very hot Staff on other hand rude , booked a birthday meal and very much after took money went out of way to ignore us and take plates before finishing Also when ordering drinks could not be bothered in slightest until took your money yet again

Food was ok, would be nice if the food was a bit warmer when first brought out. Otherwise value for money and plenty of choice. Fun envoirment for the kids. Staff were friendly enough too.

We come here often on various occasions. Toilets are clean. Food is nice. Always plenty of seafood and friendly staff.

Fantastic service and very nice food.

Exceptional place! Have been before & will keep returning. The atmosphere is beyond anywhere else I've been, the staff are so friendly & the cocktails are to die for. My friends & I had THE best evening of beautiful drinks & laughs. We could not have been looked after better. Thank You to everyone at The Gallery. 10/10
