Resurants was clean, food selection was good, hot and tasty, and a vast selection,

Visited Ipswich Spoons midweek (19/03). Staff were very professional from the minute we entered. A wide choice of foods available for a midweek, which in fairness surprised me. All the serving pots were continually being topped up by the staff. Cannot fault Spoons Ipswich, and I've been there on many occasions.

Was lovely food and great food only down fall they need more dessert staff helpful and friendly

We sat downstairs as my daughter travels in a wheelchair, service and food was great happy to recommend.

Nice, simple food, plates collected regularly, food topped up when low amd surfaces kept clean. Boys do enjoy it there.

We love this place because everyone gets the cuisine they like and also encourages the kids to try new things. Always clean, polite and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble and we have never had a bad meal here ever.

Very disappointed poor quality of food and poor choice of food too expensive

It was a nice treat! First time at spoon buffet, we were greeted and I apologize for being late. The receptionist was very lovely and understanding. It was my son's birthday and they made sure he had a birthday slice and a song at the end of the meal. The other staff were attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious, I loved the salt and pepper fish and special fried rice. Lovely selection of food for everyone including my picky daughter. Everyone left satisfied.

Food was good. Hot and tasty as you’d expect. Plenty of selection although disappointingly the chocolate fountain wasn’t working. Unfortunately the experience was ruined by the abrupt and rude staff on entry. I appreciate it was busy and there were a lot of people that hadn’t booked (we had) but we weren’t greeted. Someone shouted at me and my 2 children ‘BOOKED?’ Then as we were a party of 6 they then told me to ‘stand here’ after I paid until our table was ready. It was bloody rude and really intimidating! Don’t get me wrong, the waiting staff were lovely but the entry staff were just rude. Won’t be returning for this reason!!

Had a lovely meal on Saturday. Our second visit since moving to the area. Food was delicious, staff very pleasant and friendly. Lovely atmosphere, very enjoyable evening. Thoroughly recommend it. Will definitely be back.

Went at 12 o'clock when it opened yesterday, chicken was luke warm. Myself and my husband had an upset tummy that afternoon then later that night my boy was sick. Disappointed in some of the food I picked out.

Food was lovely so tender loved the choice brought family for a meal and never disappointed.

Aways good .. it was disappointing to not see the steak plate up and running . But like I said great food .

Had an excellent meal and the staff gave great service. When they found out it was my granddaughters birthday they played “happy birthday “ and brought her a cake with a candle, a great touch.

Went here for valentines with partner and 2 friends, food is always lovely loads of choice always hot and refilled if low. Nice comfortable restaurant not too crammed. Definitely recommend and will be back. The onkyvthing I would moan about is the fact the price is based on height and I now have to pay adult price for my 11 year old child as he is tall, regardless of how much he eats.

Party of 5 ladies celebrating their 60th year! Food outstanding and impeccable service…..and happy to take Scottish notes! Would highly recommend and when friends visit Ipswich, will be bringing them here! Thank you! ☺️

We came on Valentine's Day and it was obviously very busy. We had booked. There was a lot of people waiting to be seated and we thought we were never going to get to the front. However a member of staff asked everyone if anyone had booked and we were taken to the front of the queue and till. The staff were efficient in taking dirty plates and all seemed to be working really hard! Well done!
