What a great experience! This was a family meal, we decide in Fiesta De Cuba because of the fantastic menu with options for vegan and gluten free. I’m coeliac and react badly to sulphites and the waiter that served us was incredibly helpful and positive, I didn’t get his name but he had shoulder length dark curly hair. We all LOVED our food and we were given boxes to take what we couldn’t eat home! Demi at the end of the night was lovely and funny and we especially loved Corey’s dancing behind the bar! Thank you to all for a fun and special evening, we will be back :)

Had a really lovely Sunday lunch for a friends birthday! The Yorkshire pudding was outstanding! Will definitely be back again !

Every single member of staff we came across were lovely meal was great standard and value and my friend had multiple dietary requirements which the staff went above and beyond to cater for. Honestly highly impressed and highly recommend.

Family meal on a Saturday evening. Outstanding service, such friendly helpful staff - all of them. The food was exceptional for the price, we all had different burgers and enjoyed every last mouthful. Definitely booking again when we're in Swindon. 10/10

After eating here regularly, we went yesterday and my wife ordered her usual: Philly Cheese Steak Bun with chips. When it came out, she opened the bun and much to her surprise, instead of there being strips of steak like normal, it was a bun full of minced meat covered in cheese. It looked like regurgitated cat food. She asked for the manager, who came out and informed her that they had changed suppliers and this was the new substitute and that the menu did say it was ground beef. Although the meal was a massive disappointment, the manager did replace the meal with something else of my wife’s choosing (but did not match up to the original Philly Cheese Steak.)

We visited on Saturday 26th July for my husband’s birthday. Good and quick service. Only downfall was my steak, I had the ribeye and it was super fatty to the point I had to leave half of it, my husband had sirloin and that was lovely, could not fault the rest of the meal it was lovely.

Went last night (26/7) and we thoroughly enjoyed the our meals. My food was delicious but a little on the large side for me. Apologies for leaving it. Puddings looked lush and wine was gorgeous. Enjoyable experience and we will be back.

We visited the ridge shaw on frinday 27th July for food and a few drinks. We ordered food and I have to say it was amazing, we all had different things off the menu and we couldn't fault it. However, the experience changed when we went out to watch the pink tribute act. We.sat with our friends at the table and ordered drinks, a few small rounds at a time , we then put in an order at around 9:04pm, waiting 20 minutes,no drinks arrived so my wife went to the bar, they told her no order had come through on the system. Luckily she had the card reciept to prove the order, we didn't get our drinks until 9:50pm. We didn't let this ruin the evening because we were having such a good time catching up with old friends and watching the tribute act, we can only laugh about it now but guess what come to our table at 10;30pm? Our original order. Something went wrong , drastically wrong. The staff were amazing and tried to put the situation right but we should never of had to wait 45 minutes for drinks.

Great meal good service good prices. Tables bit tired & scruffy otherwise good place to eat. Happy to recommend to friends

The food was really great, and it came out pretty quick! The staff were lovely and really helpful! (My brother) My stake was a masterpiece. Well done you have a successful business which is good so overall pretty damn good!

Hubby and I decided to eat at the Ridge to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The table was very sticky, and the drinks came after our food (following a gentle reminder), but the food and coffee was nice.

Very disappointed. I booked a table for 2pm for my friends birthday meal. When we arrived we were told we would have to be quick as the kitchen closes at 2.15. We were then told the whole place closes at 2.30 but we wouldn't be asked to leave. I booked this and at the time of booking I saw no notification of these details. Obviously sitting and eating our meal with staff waiting to go home was not what we expected and left. I told the staff it was not their fault as they were helpful but it did not deter the disappointment this created. This has made me concerned for ever booking here again.

Service was great an the food was hot, tasty and different to the normal offerings in the town

The restaurant was very busy and I believe was understaffed. However, the waiting staff did an excellent job of keeping food flowing as did the guys in the kitchen. A real credit to the employer. Some would consider the service to be slow but I found it excellent as it gave enough time between courses to relax and enjoy the food. Very happy with everything. Will definitely return.

Just wanted to say that me and my wife come to the ridge for are 6 year wedding anniversary and it was amazing service was great and fast food was absolutely brilliant and the atmosphere was great to. Thanks made are night
