Booked in online for eight family members , Sunday teatime, on arrival we were met by a happy and friendly member of staff who made us feel welcome. After ordering drinks we took are plates and began with a light buffet followed by staff continually calling with a fantastic selection of meats. The food , staff and surroundings where class, it was mine and my wife's 35th wedding anniversary and Brunos did not disappoint, we topped the night off with a gig at Parr Hall. Will definitely be visiting again lovely place with great staf and obviously food. Thanks

When arriving at Bruno’s we were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us to our table. She was a lively and bubbly. The meat was delicious but the buffet part was very sad looking. Like Pizza Hut. After visiting the restaurant in St. Helens and other restaurants offering a similar offering we were expecting better. The place itself had no music on and it Is definitely needed. Without it there was no atmosphere whatsoever. The meat and the gentleman serving were amazing. There’s just a few improvements required to increase the dining experience

Went here for a meal before the Comedy Club evening at the Pyramid. Decor and self-serve salad bar were disappointing - reminiscent of fast food outlet like a Pizza Hut rather than a proper restaurant. Foods on offer were mostly out-of-a bag salad items or tinned sweetcorn. There were a few prawns and slices of chorizo, but very little that had actually been prepared by any chef/cook. Wipe-clean tables, paper napkins and plasticky seating are accompanied by harsh lighting and a waitress who I know was trying to be friendly, but was instead intrusive, loud and insisted on calling everyone in there"Darlin'" with every sentence spoken. The gin cocktail was pleasant to drink but with no garnish at all it looked very plain. The meat servers didn't crack a smile at any point and dropped meat all over the table each time they visited - whether our circle showed red or green - and I was glad to leave the mess. The meats they did serve were tasty enough but pretty tough and there was never any choice of how well you had it cooked. Won't be returning, our bill minus drinks came out at about £25 each. For that money I want to feel like I'm in a proper restaurant.

Both myself and my partner really enjoyed here, lots of meat variety and really filling The garlic beef and honey pork were incredible and I would come back just for these, Cocktails also delicious and not too expensive at all! Would have liked more of a dessert option but that would be my only negative point! Absolutely would recommend

Went on 25/08/2019 the waitress was lovely couldn’t do enough for you , meat was ok some of it a bit salty , and fatty so not premium cuts , place was empty , cocktails went down well , they also need a contactless card reader , it was a bit pricey for what you get

Had a really nice meal. Service was good, waitress was lovely and food was yummy. Firstly you help yourself to the salad bar this is what but does have a lot of starchy foods I.e potatoes. Could fo with more rice and pulses choice. Meat service was spot on, hot moust and tasty. Great job guys definately recommend the restaurant. Price maybe a tad overpriced individually as £126 for 4 of us with 1 drink each for 1 couple and 2 drinks each for the other couple, as if your an average person you ain't gonna eat £25 worth of meat.

Myself and my partner dined here last Saturday evening and will not be returning. I have sent this feedback direct to the venue and after a week they have still not responded. I’m posting this on here as I don’t want people to begrudge paying like we did and have an awful meal. We had purposely booked a table at 4.30pm as we thought the meats would all be freshly cooked. Upon arrival the restaurant looked closed and there was no one to greet us so we went elsewhere for a drink first although it was after 4.30pm. When we returned back we were greeted at the bar by a chatty lady who showed us to our seats, took a drinks order for some cocktails and advised how the process works. We love Fazenda and Bem Brazil so the fact we had somewhere local to try was really exciting. The salad bar options looked like something served up in a canteen, the chips were cold, undercooked and bland. There was very few options especially any traditional Brazilian dishes. When it came to the meat All the meat was tough, and over cooked with no option of how we would like it cooked. some of the cuts were inedible and we had to spit them out. Most tasted the same or had very little flavour, the meat was just cheap. One of the servers didn’t even know what meat he was serving us and advised the wrong cuts numerous times. To pay the same price as places like bem brasil and fazenda is just an insult. We advised the waitress on the evening we hadn’t enjoyed ourselves and the quality of the meats were awful. she joked she would tell the chef off and that was it. We are Really disappointed as this was a birthday meal and we were looking forward to having a new local Brazilian restaurant to go to. I would seriously not recommend - please don’t waste your money!!!

Made a reservation online over 2 weeks ago for yesterday evening for my sons birthday only to arrive and the place was closed. I had also received and email from them yesterday reminding me of my booking! Disgusting. Took our business elsewhere when we were told our booking would be at St Helens!!! Won’t be going back.

Booked a table , but didn’t need to as lots of empty tables. Ordered wine ,after the wine was poured,I noticed it was a cloudy yellow colour after we all tasted it we said it tasted like lemon juice. The manager came over after we complained to the waitress,the manager said it was a mistake,the bottle was lemon juice for the bar staff. This seemed a very strange explanation,why didn’t the waitress notice that it was open. The waiters with the meat don’t go to all the tables, we had to ask the manager to ask them to visit our table. Expensive for what you get ,very salty meat and dodgy wine, I would stay clear,we won’t be going again .

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Booked online for a 31st birthday drove for 40 minutes to make the reservation only to be told they had not reserved me it and were now closed even though I had the booking confirmation. spoiled the birthday. absolutely shocking service

Went with a group of work friends on Tuesday night. Fabulous food, great service and lovely friendly staff. Will definitely be returning

We went for my birthday and loved it. Service was fantastic, food was excellent the salad bar was full of fresh food. The meats just kept coming. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Absolutely we will all be visiting again. Thanks for a lovely evening.

Went for my partners birthday and were not disappointed. The salad bar was excellent and the meat delivery was perfectly timed. Loved the gin tapas recommended by Kelly who was just lovely and brought my partner a little cheesecake with a candle in and sang happy birthday to him he loved it.

We went for our wedding anniversary the staff were so friendly and polite and no was too much trouble, would recommend to anyone

My wife and I went to Brunos for the first time this Sunday, 23rd of June. We were pleasantly surprised by the options available from the salad bar/ buffet: Chorizo, baked and fried potatoes, rice, pork (probably cooked in the oven, really tasty), mushrooms a la creme etc. It was difficult to resist, but we managed to just grab a bite of each, in the fear of not having room for the main course. Luckily, we made the right choice: We hardly managed to taste all of the different meat! Everything was freshly cooked and mouth watering! I can definitely say that, during our first year in Warrington, this was by far our best dinner. We will surely get back- probably sooner that we'd imagine. I'd also like to say that the staff were friendly and polite. Next time we will pick up a busier day, just to have a more informed opinion.
