Met with family sunday had a great table by the log fire, service was good really enjoyed the experience and food was amazing highly recommend it.

Food, service, and atmosphere is always spot-on. We would always try to find an excuse to go to the Newdigate Arms for some grub, although this will be harder when we leave Bedworth in the coming weeks :-( Would highly recommend the the burgers, the pies, and the Tandoori Skewers with Sweet Potato Fries!

In these troubled times we always feel very safe here and we feel that the management and staff are doing a great job in the present circumstances.

I've eaten here several times. Very tasty meals, and the Lebanese and Middle Eastern menu gives you a chance to try some Delicious non-European cuisine. If Shishas are your thing, they also have a Shisha garden to relax in and smoke your Shishas. Keep up the good work Team! Bernie.

Generous portions of tasty, well cooked food. Will definitely be back Slight marking down under atmosphere because where we were sat was quite dark .

Brilliant as ever.

Family Sunday evening meal - knowing after a busy weekend there would be a number of things off the menu, so to avoid disappointment (and delay) asked before ordering what was 'off' the menu/ specials list. Informed only two items not available. However after ordering my first choice, told none left. Then after ordering my second choice, told not available also. Suggested to the waiter he'd best check properly what's left on the menu before I go to my third choice. This was done and everything proceeded as it should be. Basic service to know what's 'off the menu' especially after a busy weekend. Lack of training/communication possibly the cause but nonetheless, disappointing start to what should have been a nice evening. Other than that, everything as good as it could be for the price.

Was very pleased with the service and food My partner and I received on Sunday night during these strange times. Food was amazing, both steaks were cooked as requested. Will definitely be coming back.

Lovely meal, from an extensive menu. We felt welcome and relaxed in spite of the Covid restrictions. Will be back.

We visited The Old Smithy on a friend’s recommendation. All I can say is brilliant service and brilliant food - in fact I can honestly say I had the best steak pie I’ve ever tasted. I can completely endorse the recommendation!

Great steaks, food, service.

I hadn't been here for awhile due to having a bad experience, on hearing that there was a new manager I thought ok I'll give it a try, so glad I did. The food was delicious, service was great, the atmosphere was good even though there was strict social distancing due to covid-19. The place was also very clean and every care was being taken to keeping everywhere clean.

Cosy vibes, nice food and cheap prices.
