Fabulous food & very well looked after by staff

I am pleased to say that: Food value for money and quality have always been excellent, service and staff adherence to current Covid-19 rules also good.

Food was absolutely amazing! However the staff were extremely rude! Spoke to me like absolute crap! Never met a manager that was as rude as him and for the Chavy man/boy behind the bar that sat us, he was just disgusting!! The way he spoke to us was diabolical! if it wasn’t for the fact I was hungry I would’ve just turned away. We waited 25 minutes to order food because we wasn’t told how we ordered food.. and when we asked for the bill the manager rolled his eyes launched his pad onto the bar huffing and puffing and when we didn’t give a tip the manager sarcastically laughed and said fine then..

Heard a lot of good things about this place. We where not disappointed. Good food and service.

Considering how quite it was I was surprised the quality of the food had gone down since my last visit. Ordered a steak medium rare. Come out closer to medium well. Peppercorn sauce had obviously been sat for a long time that when it arrived at our table it has a thick skin on the top. I was out for a 3 yr olds birthday. I wasn’t sending my food back for it to be delayed, Just wanted to eat and leave.

What a fabulous experience, Aqua truly has the whole package, the location and decor is stunning. The staff are friendly and took the time to explain items on the menu, this was our first time eating Lebanese food. We ordered the mezze for four and was very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. An all round positive experience, I will definitely recommend Aqua to my friends and hope to return very soon.

As always our meal was spot on on Sunday - the roast was delicious! Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff!

Excellent never had poor meal staff always welcoming and pleasant. Our only regret we are a car ride away if we were closer would use as our local thank you

Arranged catch up with friends and can honestly say we had a great night. Food was amazing fresh home cooked and reasonably priced. All in all a great night was had by all and we will certainly be back again to try more of the menu.

Incredibly rude male waiter who had attitude when we asked very politely for a QC so we could order from the table, then was again offended that we asked what our table number was as there was no marking on the table. Seemed to be the only group of people following the 1 way system when going to the toilet, but got stopped by some kind of manager and interrogated about if we had a table or if we’d just walked through the back entrance, we explained we had a table, but he proceeded to follow us all the way through the bar and out to our table to ensure we weren’t lying????? I didn’t see him following anybody else around. Group of 6 and spent over £200 on drinks and food. Only positive was a lovely blonde waitress, everyone else was MISERABLE and rude. Can’t think of anything worse than returning. Drinks are so expensive too, paired with rude service, would not recommend. Value for money and service is a 0 but for some reason the lowest you can rate is 1.
