Visited this pub three weeks ago with my partner and daughter. The meals we had were amazing. Cooked to perfection with not one sign of microwaved rubbish in sight. Have not eaten anywhere like this, the quality and the price were amazing. Much to my surprise, the beer was also fantastic and hopefully this place has been mentioned in the Good Beer Guide because it certainly deserves to be. Will be back to see you soon lovely Michelle the chef and Mr Quinlan and the fab locals

Visited here while down on an overnight stop in Idlicote. Very nice food - cheese souffle, roast lamb and lemon tart, in my case - but the service was a little on the slow side. Nevertheless, I'd go again if I was in the area.

We came across this pub whilst out walking with my family. We spent the whole afternoon in there eating and drinking. Fantastic atmosphere and really friendly local people who made our stay welcome. The food was outstanding and i would highly recommend this pub to anyone!! Will definitely be going again

This village pub was one of the friendliest pubs I have been to in Warwickshire. The locals were obviously regulars there and they made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent and on part with any high class London restaurant I have been to, except at a third of the price!! I met one of the chef's Michelle, who spoke about her work and the food they prepared. Extremely impressed and would recommend this place to anyone, worth a drive or a walk, and beautiful countryside surrounding the area

Best curry in the area. Fantastic buffet, cant recommend it enough.

I would recommend people to avoid this place like the plague. the manager is rude and uncaring, we went last night and waited 45mins for drinks and they had run out of food at 7.30pm on a Sat night and then walked out

Fantastic dining pub, the food is superb and very good value. Staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. The pub is tastefully decorated and has a lovely roaring fire - perfect in the winter!

wow! i was gobsmacked when i saw the newly refurbished restaurant! i have been going to studley spice for around 9 years now and the recent transformation is just breathtaking. Brilliant natural colours blend perfectly with the soft cream furnishing. The wow factor is not only the decor but the new buffet offer that they have got (Sunday-Thursday) Me and the kids made our usual sunday visit to studley spice and were amazed to find out that they now did an all you can eat buffet! its only priced at £10:95 for adults and £7:95 for children and what better kids under 5 eat for free. Its not the usual buffet where everything is siiting there all day its simply off the menu! everything is freshly prepared and cooked for you while you wait.since there was no limit to how much i could eat they had to lift me out of there!!! All you guys at Studley Spice you are doing a fab job! i know the buffet is going well and i want to recommend this restaurant to everyone! Its contemporary but ever so affordable. Keep up the great work guys!

Go casual, take a good wine/beer with you and enjoy their fabulous spicy food in a relaxed atmosphere. You will keep going back i assure you!

Easy-friendly service and atmosphere. Seasonal fresh menu that is not ridiculously extensive. Good home cooked style food that is great value (£7.25 for two courses when we had lunch) and with a mature service. Really enjoyed the experience. Thanks Seasons!

Newly reopened THE NEWBOLD is a Great Pub for food and drink Close to the town centre, The Royal Priors Shopping Complex, The Royal Spa Centre, The Jephson Gardens and the Cinema.

I've been to the LongShoot numerous times now. The self service carvery was very good, and the two for £10 weekday deal was real value for money. The staff are all well presented and courteous. The food was all very good and is even worth the normal £8.50 per head on a weekend. The only thing I missed was mashed potato. Access to the LongShoot is very easy with ample parking. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful menu! Unbelievably good fish! The sea bass green masala (on a bed of spinach) and the fish tandoori starter (trout) are just unbeatable. The best restaurant food we have ever tasted. Dr. Ian and Mrs Deborah MacIntyre, Rugby.

This was a dreadful eating experience. I went with a large mixed party and there were over 20 of us but although we had booked well in advance it took over an hour for our starter to arrive. Although the Kalamari that i ordered was nice it was nothing special and there was not a lot for the £4.95 that it cost although it was attractively served in a little silver pail. The penne della casa was just bacon chicken mushroom and spinach mingling with some overbaked around the edges penne pasta and was absolutely swimming in olive oil. It was bland and boring even with loads of parmesan cheese grated over the top. Other diners were complaining about the pizza (or lack of it) : the toppings were none existent and the base boring, tough and uninspiring. Not a good eating experience and I would not recommend visiting.

peppers has lost its touch, it was a great restaurant but now the food and service has gone down the drain...I think other places such as the Kwarn Thai, Balti Cottage and The Studley Spice have taken over good quality food in Studley. Sorry to all the guys at peppers but your food is just no good.

wow! i went with my mum on mothers day to studley spice and i was amazed by the service and food that was on offer. The food was worth every penny and the service was out of this world, i could not believe the fact that the waiter who served us even knew my primary school teacher! me and my mum and dad had a great night out. It was very busy so its best to book to avoid disappointment. One last thing i must say is that don't take my word for it just try it! I'm from Birmingham and it only took me 2o mins on the A435 to get there,its not as far as some may think! it was brilliant! im going again on friday!
