The Royal Oak Watford Heath – WatfordOn Sunday 13th February we had a Sunday roast at the Royal Oak pub. It was beautiful! I had the Pork Belly and it was cooked to perfection. The vegetables were done but not overcooked and the gravy was to die for. It was served on very hot plates which were a great bonus. The compliments also flowed from family guests about the beef and lamb as well. It was fairly priced for the food and service. Well done Royal Oak.
The Royal Oak Watford Heath – WatfordAbsolutely love this little pub been going here for years it’s cosy and so so friendly lovely staff and clientele the food is always delicious and reasonably priced and there’s a great choice of drinks too. Perfect cosy pub for the winter and such a gem in the summer too one of my favourite places to go and so local to us thank you
The Royal Oak Watford Heath – WatfordLoved the South African menu and the food was excellent. Wish there were some South African desserts! Excellent service.
The Prince George – WatfordFood and drinks were amazing as always- the quiz was soooo much fun!
The Royal Oak Watford Heath – WatfordDefinitely the best roast in town! Wonderful food, atmosphere & staff, always looked after and our first choice for meeting up with friends
The Prince George – WatfordI enjoyed my Sunday roast very much thank you. Unfortunately in a party of 10, we had 2 that don’t like garlic so they couldn’t have the roast and 2 of my family that had the calamari said it was not good (batter sliding off of it crumbling). Others were happy with chicken burgers. Sticky toffee Puddings went down well with 2/3 of us too. I would eat here again but shame they don’t do a non-garlic alternative, because it’s a lovely very clean pub and plenty of space.
The Prince George – WatfordGood food, good service. I ordered the Sunday roast, lamb was the choice of meat. It was succulent.
The Royal Oak Watford Heath – WatfordMy sons favourite place to go for a burger! Great food, relaxed friendly atmosphere. Perfect to unwind after a busy week.

The Prince George – WatfordMyself and my family are lucky enough to live right near the Royal Oak. The food is always amazing, the staff are wonderful, and to make the experience even better they are child and dog friendly. We can’t fault this pub, and are proud to call it our local
The Royal Oak Watford Heath – WatfordLove this pub, atmosphere is chilled and sophisticated. Food is great. We had the burger, I'm not a burger person but his was amazing. We will be back soon. Thank you for everyone making the effort. Toilets are 10/10
The Prince George – WatfordWent for Sunday lunch . Family group of 7. Was a random pick off the internet as a central point for the family who live in all directions. Obviously 1st time visit. You only get one opportunity to make a first impression and the staff at The P. G. cracked it. Most of us had the roast which was excellent and good flavour. Unfortunately there was a little error in that the sprouts were almost cold. We didn't let this spoil our meal but something for the kitchen to note (food rated 4/5 on sprout issue.). Good reports from the burger and curry eaters. Very attentive and pleasant staff. End result we enjoyed our first visit which was the object of the visit.
