Food was excellent and extremely tasty. Although it was a very quiet evening for customers, the atmosphere and the pleasant surroundings were great. We had excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back.

Portion size is more than adequate. Service is attentive and friendly but unobtrusive and the overall experience at 7B is good value for money.

Goodfellows at 7B – WellsThis was our first time visiting the new establishment. We were waiting fir friends for lunch and were welcomed warmly. The food was extremely good and interesting. The set luncheon menu was varied and difficult to choose from. The service was exemplary with just the right amount of attention and humour. We all thoroughly enjoyed the occasion and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Whilst I appreciate the staff serving us had recently returned from holiday as they told every customer in great detail and loudly in a confined space, and therefore had not updated the diary, they shouldn't question a patron who is clear on a booking that they haven't made it, not a great start. There were 2 birthday celebrations, ours and another bigger table, however as we were a 2 and they were 12, they were the focus of the room. The food was ok, although they've done better in the past which is why we came for our celebration. The choices were limited, and it was so noisy, we gave up talking to each other as we couldn't hear each other above everyone else and the staff on top. Not likely to return.

Met friends for lunch and all four of us totally loved the food, the atmosphere, the attention to detail, the feeling of friendliness, calmness and professionalism. Albeit it is a quite a journey for us to visit as we live in North Wiltshire, we always relish our visit and just wish we lived closer so we could visit more often. There is on street parking near the restaurant and we love the fact that the restaurant is in a town house which contributes to its intimacy and serenity. We love it there and have recommended it to all of our Somerset based friends. Delicious food and always a pleasure, thank you to the whole team!
Goodfellows at 7B – WellsGreat find with a lovely atmosphere ! The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Amazing food and wine, though it would have been nice to have a gluten free roll rather than oat biscuits . Would definitely recommend a visit if in the area .
Goodfellows at 7B – WellsWe have been for lunch 3 or 4 times now. The food is always sophisticated, clever, and beautifully presented. The best food in this part of Somerset I would say. The dishes are unusual, but not excessively complex or showy. The three course lunch menu is a really good value for money treat. You leave feeling you have had an interesting and satisfying meal but without feeling you have over-indulged. I really cannot fault this restaurant at all.
