What a gem of a find The Olive Tree is. We had a beautiful lunch yesterday which was just so tasty and fresh but hot which is quite rare! The sauce as a base for the sea bass was divine. Dessert was just lovely too. Owen our waiter was so professional attentive and knowledgable he was just great. We thought it was brilliant value for the quality we had and it’s now our new place to go. Thank you we highly recommend The Olive Tree in Wells.

The decor is quite dramatic, and the service is as pleasant and efficient as ever. The food is as good as ever, with some new twists on old favourites. Dining at Goodfellows is always an enjoyable experience.
Goodfellows at 7B – WellsA small group of us ate lunch here on 12 May. I enjoyed my Asian style fish for starter and pork belly with delicious crackling and creamed potatoes for main. Others had risotto which was tasty. We thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
