We booked Sunday lunch for 4 and the food was excellent apart from the beef that was chewy and full of gristle. Both my husband and father had one good slice and one horrible one so it's clear something went wrong. We noticed the table across from us also left their beef. Service was good.but there was some confusion whether the chicken was a roast chicken or chicken supreme as stated in the menu.

We were a party of four celebrating birthdays. Very friendly and helpful staff. Once they iron out a few issues I’m sure all will be fine. Lovely food.

Dined on Friday 19 September at 630 at Greenbridge. Waited 25 minutes before our drinks order was taken and that was because we waved them over. However the server apologised and said he would prioritise our food which he did and he took money off our bill as an apology. Cheeseburger was undercooked, coleslaw was runny. No salt and pepper on the table. Chilli fries and chicken strips were tasty. The wait ruined the experience.

The food was very tasty and the portions were a good size.

Excellent service and delicious food

First time visiting since reopening, as a group of six our order for drinks and food was taken in a timely manner by attentive and friendly staff who checked on any allergies. The food was hot, good quality and decent portion size. The prices are competitive with other similar establishments. A place we will return to.

Sunday lunch at the Freke Arms. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Good choice on menus. We chose the Sunday roast menu - roast beef and chicken. Couldn’t fault it. Meat was well cooked and served with a good selection of vegetables. Definitely plan on visiting again (soon)

Lovely food, attentive and friendly staff, and good value for money They even paid attention to the seating request for a less mobile member of the party We all ate roast dinners and will definitely be returning to see what the weekday menu is like

Waited 20 minutes for drinks order then waited another 20 for the drinks Ordered food to be told roast dinners had run out at 2pm So had to choose something else. Service was poor, food was poor, asked if we wanted cutlery (well might be useful to be able to eat food) Would not go back again was not busy at all but overall a poor experience- food was that bad for a McDonald’s on way home

Went for a roast dinner food was lovely, also waitress was nice but the only thing they didn't do was ask if you wanted any sauces. By the time someone came back to see if food was ok it was too late to ask for a sauce .

Had a delicious meal at The Freke Arms for our anniversary. Being Coeliac I am always a bit concerned when going out but they were brilliant and very on the ball. Would happily go there again. Thank you!

Cosy country pub feel with five star food. Wonderfully delicious meals, generous portions and all at reasonable prices. From melt in the mouth beef to gooey chocolate pudding everything was tasty and hot. All with outstanding customer service. Will definitely be returning.
