Fantastic Venue with a helpful and friendly team , Excellent food and drinks and very good value for money. Great atmosphere , would highly recommend to anyone visiting Yarm .

We had a great night once we eventually got our reserved table. When we arrived, Luna Blu was extremely busy - fantastic for business. However, we were told they had no evidence of our booking, despite me having the original booking and confirmation emails. After a long wait, we were told we did have a table, but someone was sitting at it - they however did not have a reservation. The staff were not prepared to ask them to leave. We were asked to wait until the people on “our” table had finished their drinks. We waited, but after 45 minutes decided this was not acceptable and joined the people at “our” table. 15 minutes later - they left and we had our table for the night. Then we had a good night. Food was great, cocktails were great. Service was ok, just wish they had been a bit more assertive and cleared our table sooner. I appreciate it was very busy, but I had made our reservation 3 weeks prior. Overall I would not let this affect my judgment but would hope it would be better next time.

Fortunately I live locally and visit Luna Blu most weekends mainly for drinks and occasionally for food as well. It is my favourite go to place on the High Street. Lovely staff and great atmosphere

Had a lovely meal here for my friends birthday. We were a party of 7. Services food and atmosphere was great. Minor dispute with bill as our deposit hadn't been taken off but was sorted quickly. Will definitely return

Great service and lovely atmosphere

Love Luna Blu, the atmosphere, food, drink, the music but was disappointed this weekend as wasn't made aware we had to vacate the table after 3 hours. We had spent late afternoon in there and were looking forward to the DJ but got asked to leave the table as it was booked out again! I don't know why they need to do this, we left and went to Osbornes, so Luna Blu missed out on us spending more with them!

Went for coffee and cakes. Really enjoyed it, the cakes were delicious and served with coulis and fruit really lovely coffee was great too. Highly reccomend

Table booked for 8 people at 6 p.m. Table occupied on arrival by others who were not prepared to move as the Table had not been available for them at their allocated time. Following intense discussions with staff and the others we left at 6.30 as no Table available and went to another restaurant You do not appear to be able to manage bookings so would not recommend.

Valentines platter - 2nd year visit on this night and was equally as delicious as last year! Excellent service, food and ambiance. The staff were always in hand to make sure our drinks were never empty too! Highly recommend, great price and value for money too.

Great food in a very relaxed atmosphere, with friendly, efficient staff. Definitely recommend, whether you want something to eat or just want a drink.

First time but definitely not the last time. Food was well cooked, great tapas selection, wide choice of wines, cocktails and beers. Really friendly staff but not intrusive. Look forward to next time.

It was ok, few issues. Booked in for food and drinks they had our order down as bottomless brunch which was fine but we got questioned on that, I checked my booking I definitely booked the correct thing. Table right at front meant we just got forgotten about, did ask at one point to order food and more drinks but we’re still waiting 30 mins later, there was a lot of them asking people to move tables to accomadate groups and bookings. We were there a while granted but at no point during booking or sitting us did they tell us we had a time limit, however we got given a 20 mins warning they needed the table back, with no offer for us to move tables etc. really get the feeling it’s more about how many people can we get in and out.

It’s a no from me! Had made a reservation nearly 3 weeks prior and ended up being seated close to the entrance on a very low table and chairs. Too low for my husband and I. Felt like we were sat at a kids table. Our first visit, hoped for a relaxing evening, a couple of drinks and a bite to eat. Not relaxing on a Saturday evening at all. Was more of a watering hole for those that want to have a good drink. It was not the elegant bar/restaurant we’d hoped. Will definitely not return.
