My wife and I had lunch on Tuesday 26th November for our anniversary, terrific food we had the sharing platter absolutely delicious followed by the ginger cake and raspberry frangipan tart, we ate early so not too busy the staff were great very friendly and service was great. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended!!

The food delicious, the service was poor. The restaurant packed and only 2 people serving on a Saturday. It was a birthday brunch with our visiting family., I have been before and it was excellent, not this time I'm afraid... Also queues for the one toilet, and one dirty towel for all to use...should be paper towels or an airdryer, more hygenic.

What a find ! Fabulous flavoursome food. Great welcome and lovely atmosphere. We've already rebooked for our next get together. Highly recommend this gem. Best food I've eaten locally for quite some time.

Great family lunch out, (and we had children with us who were made very welcome)- lovely chilled atmosphere in which to enjoy the innovative and interesting menus, from Emily and her team.

Excellent food. Front of house staff are lovely but need to be more visible. We ran out of time to have coffee and puddings as no one was around to clear our plates or take our order. Shame as the puds looked lovely As there were five of us , that's a lot of money to lose out on .

My husband and I ate at The Olive on a Saturday evening. We both thoroughly enjoyed our night. The food was so so lovely and the atmosphere matched. Can't wait for the opportunity to go again.

I've visited Olive a few times now and every time I've been very impressed. Always met with a smile and excellent service. The food is delicious and different with an edge beating many other eateries. I've recommended it to others as a place to go. Wonderful to have such a unique place to enjoy a relaxing meal.

Another very enjoyable meal. Great food and atmosphere. The winter maze was delicious and the chicken wraps very tasty. We love this venue. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent place for leisurely lunch!

Just for the purposes of research we ordered 1 of every small plate on the evening menu, they were all incredible! When they arrived at the table everything looked stunning. It was delicious, it was a the kind of meal where you used the last bits of bread to mop up the last yummy bits of sauce from each plate! Will definitely bit visiting again soon!

The whole experience was brilliant. The staff were so friendly, the setting is beautiful, the restaurant is warm and inviting, the decor is rustic and trendy, and the food was AMAZING! We cannot wait to visit again.
