We stopped in on a rainy Thursday night to the warm Omni bar. We had reserved a table and placed food orders ahead of time. We were there for drinks and some snacks and Omni delivered that well. The service was professional and friendly, though they seemed a bit harried even though it wasn't that busy. We had a very nice charcuterie plate - perhaps a bit more bread would be good, but all the meats and pickled veg were lovely. The ham with parmesan and truffle was very good and the fries hot and crispy. The wine and beer selection were good. I would like to see a cocktail list that included some less sweet things than were on the wall menu, but to be fair, we didn't ask if they could make a margarita or a dry martini. We will certainly be back again,

We had our Christmas party for 8 persons here and it was lovely, hadn’t “done” a tapas themed meal before, but it was great. Good food well prepared, nice variety of dishes including sprouts ! Great atmosphere, attentive staff, and everyone thought it was great value with cocktails and 4 bottles of wine, with liqueurs & port to finish. I wish we lived closer to come again as soon as possible. Thank you for a great evening

I’ve eaten at every establishment in Malton, Pickering, Helmsley, and surrounding areas. Omni has to be the best place to go I’ve ever been. I will not dine out anywhere else (by choice) the quality is unmatched of both food and beverages. I constantly tell anyone I know to try the place. Always liked Maxis, good food and great service. I took three friends for lunch as a treat on Saturday. They don't have a special lunch menu at weekends but there was a good selection. We all enjoyed our food but I would have liked the food to be on hot plates. The plates we had to put the food on were warm but the actual serving plates were cold and the food very quickly went cold..

Booked the upstairs function room for 24 people. From the menu suggestion to the delivery on the day was all to perfection. It’s clear that the chef is a passionate foodie and it shows by the spoonful. The service was impeccable and attentive and so was the value for money. Can’t wait to book again.

Would highly recommend , I recently booked a table for 8 and 1 dog for food and drinks on a friday evening. Having been before we knew what to expect but the team never fail to deliver. Food was excellent and the service from everyone was so friendly and attentive. Great drinks list including wine and cocktails and dog treats and water for our furry family member. Well worth a visit if you are in Malton.

Omni in Malton is our go to special eatery. Staff are always very friendly and efficient . The food is Yorkshire Tapa, so tasty. Each dish has its own special flavour. Lovely atmosphere. Easy to park in the market square too. Highly recommend.

We were supposed to be eating here on the 1st December, we had a voucher to use that expired on the 6th December. We were told we couldn’t use it as it said in the T’s & C’s we couldn’t in December however all that was stipulated was that you couldn’t use the voucher on a Friday,Saturday or Sunday which is fine. Very poor from them selling vouchers that they won’t honour

Had a great lunch at Ømni yesterday, we were in early so not many other diners but everything was hot, tasty and delicious. Well worth a visit.

We were a party of 6 who visited on Tuesday. We preordered our food as originally we were a party of 8. Gemma was so helpful with our booking and we had great service and delicious food . The scallops need a special mention but everything was really good and we would recommend Omni. Thank you.

The food was stunning! Every single thing we ordered was so so tasty. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Will be coming back, highly recommend.

Great service and atmosphere. The front of house staff make this place. Slightly disappointed with the food. Crab Crumpets had good flavour but let down by a stale outer edge that was tough and difficult to even cut with a knife. Beef Crumble was soggy, over sweet. Chicken was good, hot and spicy. Three Scallops in a over seasoned chicken broth @£14 was not the best idea. Dripping fries NO! Had far too much salt to make up for lack of flavour. Chef, cut the seasoning and concentrate on the natural flavours.

All the food was amazing and cooked perfectly, delicious cocktails, good music and great friendly service. I would go back to Malton just so I could eat here again!

Third visit to OMNI and as always food and cocktails at high standard and brilliant service from the bar/waiting staff. Attentive, efficient, prompt. The only criticism would have been the music was too loud upstairs to be able to comfortably chat to friends… that said…Cant wait to return again!

My second visit now to this restaurant. Absolutely love it, the food, the atmosphere, the staff, decor, absolutely fantastic. I always look forward to seeing the fish in their tank too. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.
