I have just come back from Blackroot Bistro and had to tell people what a fab little place this is. We had gone on the recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. The teas and coffee were excellent my mother said 'she couldn't remember the last time she had such a lovely coffee' and my father who had a bacon sandwich said next time he would be ordering two!(lovely thick cut bacon). There was a good range of hot and cold food on offer and what we could see going to other tables all looked excellent. The staff were friendly and polite and the food arrived promptly. With the menu changing regularly I can see many more visits coming up.
