We have spent the last 3 Christmas eve's at the Hard and Hounds. First time the deposit was not taken off the final bill, The second year the same thing happened - we assumed this was a coincidence? The third year again the deposit was not deducted one must assume this was a standard procedure. Also on the last occasion two extra bottles of wine were added to the bill which had not been ordered. The bill actually went back to the till three times before it was corrected. We were extremely disappointed in the service and food this year and will not be returning next year.
