Set in beautiful countryside, Homewood Park is a luxury country house hotel just six miles from Bath and only 30 minutes from the M4. The hotel has received many awards for both its service and facilities over the years and guests appreciate the warm, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The newly refurbished restaurant now offers diners a stylish place to enjoy the modern English cuisine. The restaurant is one of the most revisited restaurants in the Bath area and has been voted Country Restaurant of the Year in the Good Food Guide. Head Chef Daniel Moon, creates seasonal menus which are English at heart with a European twist and he has recently been rewarded for his efforts with the coveted accolade of von Essen Hotel Chef of the Year.
Guests can enjoy a stroll in the 10 acres of beautiful hotel gardens which, under the supervision of Steven Hargreaves, were awarded first prize in the actively contested 'Bath in Bloom' competition in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2005 and 2006 creating a wonderfully attractive and peaceful environment for both the hotel and the restaurant. Homewood Park's drawing room, study and bar are furnished to ensure guests enjoy comfort and unassuming luxury by the log fires during the winter months. A complete refurbishment took place in 2008 and the bedrooms have each been individually designed in keeping with the period of the house. Modern fabrics and bold prints add a twist of colour and bring alive antique furniture and traditional linens.
