Had a lovely romantic meal at Sous. Now i did get lucky that night. However all things considered that was more to do with animal lust than gastronomic ecstacy. The food is: yes, well-presented; yes, relatively substantial. However, the sea-bream had definately suffered from over-exposure to heat, my partners salmon had been cooked to buggery and the dessert was as dry as dust. The wine list, unless i was extremely unfortunate, is marked by it's length and the unavailability of many bottles. The waiters are a mixed bag of the mute, the supercillious and the matey. Not a haunt for a foodie, but,but if i'm not too critical a treat for the masses.
