Matthew’s Kitchen – North LondonIf you are in this part of London, you must go for a meal here. The food was fabulous, the service faultless and on a Friday or Saturday night the music is really good. We love it here, every dish we ordered was perfect, I have to say the squid was exceptional. It is great value for money and a lovely lady called Maria is the manager who makes sure the food and service is top class. I can't wait to go back there.
Barcelona Tapas Bar Y Restaurante – CityI really enjoyed my first experience at this restaurant. We both had delicious fish - two different types and some sides. It was all beautifully cooked and really tasty. I will definitely be back. The only negative thing I would comment on is that service with a smile from one particular member of staff would have made our experience even better.
Matthew’s Kitchen – North LondonHad a fantastic first visit to this excellent restaurant on Saturday night. Terrific menu making it hard for all five of us to choose what to eat but all happy with our food and wine.
Matthew’s Kitchen – North LondonWe were in London for a study trip with a group of 26 people. We ate at Barcelona Tapas on a Thursday evening and had the best experience. I pre-ordered a set menu for the group and this was served in several courses throughout the evening. Ordering additional dishes and additional desserts was also no problem. The food tasted as if in Spain and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. If you're looking for a good tapas restaurant I would certainly recommend coming here.
Barcelona Tapas Bar Y Restaurante – CityOur go to restaurant. The best seafood ever.
Matthew’s Kitchen – North LondonBlown away by the quality of food and service more akin to Mayfair but without the prices. We live 5 minutes away, drive past the place twice a day and have always said we must try this place one day. Last night was the night and it looks like Matthews Kitchen will now be a regular food spot for us. The Bouillabaisse was to die for as was the Sticky Toffee Pudding.
Matthew’s Kitchen – North LondonExcellent fresh seafood, quality of the dishes are fantastic, served beautifully and the service is enjoyable! Friendly and very attentive staff - been here a few times and they are always so smiley and passionate. For fresh fish and shellfish as well as veggy and meat option - the value for money is insanely cheap. You go central London and pay so much for not that great of dishes… thank you for always making our visits memorable and enjoyable!
Matthew’s Kitchen – North LondonExcellent food beautifully presented. Quiet atmosphere on a Saturday night which is rare. The menu range is small making it easy to order. Expensive.
Matthew’s Kitchen – North LondonThe food was great. I must say though I am disappointed that we were not offered the set menu as we went on Sunday and it is available all day. We ordered food that was on that menu but we ended up paying full price. The only reason we are aware of this is due to sending me the link for a review.
Matthew’s Kitchen – North LondonGreat service, warm and friendly family run place. Food was fantastic too, one of the best in the area will definitely be going back
Matthew’s Kitchen – North LondonAbsolutely delicious food and great service. The octopus starter was juicy and full of flavour. The mussles were nice. The tuna steak mains and ribeye and lobster was amazing
Matthew’s Kitchen – North LondonExcellent paella. Service was great. Finished with an exceptional sherry. Fully recommended.
Barcelona Tapas Bar Y Restaurante – CityNot quite local but our go to restaurant for excellent food, warm and friendly welcome, great service and a fabulous venue
Matthew’s Kitchen – North LondonExcellent food and service
Barcelona Tapas Bar Y Restaurante – Citywas so excited to bring my family here who were visiting from overseas but unfortunately we didn’t have a great time. came for the gluten free roast option but they were fully out of roasts by 6.30pm, and staff didn’t seem sure what else was gluten free on the menu. staff were not very welcoming, it was pretty hard to get a drink even though there wasn’t much of a line and the bartender didn’t seem very keen to make us cocktails. love the vibe in here usually but was a bit disappointed this time.
The Dove Freehouse and Kitchen – HackneyWe stumbled across this place and were so happy we did. From ease of booking, to the friendly and welcoming team all the way to the excellent food. Combination of tapas and paella.Definitely will be back and highly recommend.
Barcelona Tapas Bar Y Restaurante – CityThis place is still the best Spanish tapas bar & Restaurant in London. I’ve been coming to eat here for years, for business meetings and for many celebrations, from the great service to the deliciously fantastic food and drinks, it’s amazing . Always great specials on offer in addition to all my favourites. Must orders are octopus, Calamari, Wild Mushrooms &truffle oil croquettes and Spanish omelette. Highly recommended
