Jorges Restaurant – NorwichJorge's Restaurant has come up trumps yet again. Our visit for lunch yesterday was most enjoyable. Highlight for me was the Iberico pork, delicious! A relaxed atmosphere with excellent service. Thank you and see you soon.
Jorges Restaurant – NorwichIt was a January lunch time treat following a bit of shopping. Not our first visit or our last. Great atmosphere. Cosy. Friendly, efficient, service. Love the tapas. The house white was a discovery. Really light and fresh, with a slight sparkle. We indulged in the pasta del nata for dessert accompanied with ginga de obidos. Another great discovery. Really smooth, creamy, cherry brandy liquer. Delicious. Not easy to get hold of here, apparently.
Jorges Restaurant – NorwichFirst visit - great little bistro style restaurant in heart of Norwich yet with a neighbourhood feel. Great tapas and very pleasant staff. Will return!
Jorges Restaurant – NorwichLovely lunch, food excellent and fab service.
Jorges Restaurant – NorwichVisited Jorges for the first time last night for our wedding anniversary, very glad we picked it. The food was sensational, the Iberico pork was genuinely the nicest cut of meat I have ever eaten. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was just right. Can't wait to return as soon as we can!
Jorges Restaurant – NorwichSuperb food, service and atmosphere, family really enjoyed it and looking forward to the next visit.
Jorges Restaurant – NorwichAs always Jorges is such a special place to eat. Food, wine and service are all wonderful and there is such a warm, Mediterranean feel about it, even on the most wintry day. Thank you
Jorges Restaurant – NorwichAnother lovely meal at Jorges. Great food, good service and nice atmosphere - what's not to like?
Jorges Restaurant – NorwichA fantastic meal, really good quality ingredients and service was excellent. The wine was really good.
Jorges Restaurant – NorwichGreat tapas in a lovely informal setting. Excellent service.
Jorges Restaurant – NorwichAnother fabulous tapas lunch with lovely Portuguese wines. An absolute joy and a Norwich dining favourite. Strongly recommended.
Jorges Restaurant – NorwichThis little gem was a recommendation from a friend who had visited once before and came with me on this occasion too. What a find. I love that it is hidden away, a small welcoming space but so central. It was ideal for a long lunch after some Christmas shopping and the food was excellent. I am lucky to have spent some time in northern Portugal and being able to sample the food closer to home was a great pleasure. The presentation was great an dthe staff friendly and helpful at all stages. This is now firmly on my list as a go to place when I visit Norwich.
Jorges Restaurant – NorwichThe food was lovely well the tapas was but it was a works Xmas do on the back room and the kept all walking through the restaurant. Not much atmosphere and when it came to dessert the had run out of one of only two desserts offered, we couldn't have any coffee as there was no one to make it which seemed a bit odd. So would we go again no probably not bit of a let down.
