We have eaten here regularly over the years and have never been disappointed by the food or the service. Authentic Italian cuisines served in a friendly polite way. My son and daughter in law held their wedding reception here and it holds nothing but wonderful memories for us all. The staff were efficient and venue is close to the registry office. I highly recommend Europa for all who enjoy quality Italian food.

We ordered a bottle of wine and was given a half used bottle that had been kept in the fridge ,the waiter was watching the football and playing on his phone and not good food.

Late lunch after a busy morning shopping in Bath and we stumbled across the Real Italian Pizza Co. Open kitchen and a few tables when you walk in plus a much larger dining area upstairs, to which we were directed. I had an Emiliana pizza which was a new one on me (a normal margherita, then when it’s cooked they add parma ham and balsamic) and my partner had the Caesar Salad. Food was good and we would certainly go back. Interesting that they had a notice on the door saying they would accept (and honour) vouchers for any of the big Italian chains. Struck me as a good way for an independent to fight back against the muscle of the big chains.

Yesterday, visited the Villager for a post-funeral daytime buffet-not just an excellent restaurant but a wonderful and "different" eating experience, food/service first-class and highly recommended for those culinary experts who appreciate extraordinary personal service-21st century eating in a 250 year old building-take your cameras!!

Visited your restaurant tonight with my mum and friend and I have to say it was the worse meal we have had in a long while took ages to come and it was cold ,wasn't entirely satisified with the response I got from the staff ,in this day and age where money is tight people will go elsewhere like I will.

Went to this place as our usual restaurant was closed. A real stroke of luck!!! Had a lovely meal in relaxed and clean surroundings. Not loud and pretentious like Bottelinos, for instance. The pizzas were GORGEOUS!!! My family had the Etna, Marinara and San Guiseppe. Thin and tasty bases with generous toppings Mmmm!!!! Will definitely come back here for more good food and lovely service. Ciao XX

Cosmo's are a good quality and classy restaurant, never any faults with the food. So much choice.

Awful, awful, the service was terrible, it was not busy but we got sat on a small table so when I ordered a bottle of bubbly there was no room to put it, waitress put it on the floor :( with no wine bucket, we were lost for words. ordered a fish starter (share starter) when they brought it out half the things that were listed to be on the dish so I asked an she said o yes sorry we don't have that so i said you didn't tell us so we had an option to change the starter she said o sorry. We sent it back we ordered fajitas they were awful, no taste, I could not eat them, it was my birthday and it was ruined. I could not even drink the bubbly off the floor, we asked to see someone in charge, we complained and all she said was I only just started this job, we just paid what we had to pay and left.

Very bad experience, food did not arrive, lots of the food on the menu not in stock, abusive manager even when we tried to call to make a complaint we were accused of swearing at the staff, when we had children with us we are not the type to swear at anyone

Lovely food , one of the best harvesters I've been to. The portions are huge and the salad bar is fab, very clean and friendly.

I would not recommend this establishment. The food was poor, the roast dinner looked and tasted as if it was from a ready meal packet, and the prices are over the odds especially for the quality provided. The staff member serving us was very abrupt and unfriendly, and stood in the center of the room watching us eat. We felt very rushed and unwelcome despite being the only customers.

I'm from London and hope one day they open one up here. Been there twice now and the 2 people that tended to us John and Sharon I think they were called couldn't do enough. Place has a rustic and hence authentic Mexican feel and dishes stunning. Try the chimichangas and refried beans.

Always impressed by the levels of customer service and menu innovation. It’s great to see that San Carlo has been able to maintain the high standards it sets itself. Looking forward to another trip back soon

When we arrived car park was empty. We wasn't sure if it was open. We loved the look of the childrens play area however when we walked to the door there was a sign to say it was closed off due to health and safety. We walked in and was greeted by a lovely young lad. He was very polite and smiles . We ordered our food, lasagne salad garlic bread and a mixed grill which was £21 , a children's bangers and mash. When the food came out, the childs meal beautifullly presented. Mine was ok and partners looked huge. The lad came out and asked if everything was ok. At that point I said yes. However I then realised I had no salad and other half had no chicken drumstick or peas . I went to complain and said that I didn't realise at . The gentlemen went straight into the kitchen. The manageress asked the lad what was the problem. After q few moments she came out and hardly made any eye contact with me. Went and spoke to my partner instead. The catering firm has changed the packaging and mix grill no longer contains the drum stick. The chef forgotten the peas. The lasagne, apparently I didn't state I wanted salad although that is what was on the menu. Would you go up and quote every ingredient wanted ? She did ask if we want them and we Saud no. Qite frankly her attitude left a bad taste and like my partner says, of course it's really clean there. They have no customers. I unfortunately won't be going back. Just due to the rudeness. Mistakes happens but when you spend money and don't recieve what you pay for on the menu as stated, why go back ?
