Wonderful vegan choices and a great location. The food is delicious with generous helpings. How appropriate to have a veggie/vegan restaurant at an animal sanctuary. A perfect setting.

Perdida at Ferne Animal Sanctuary – YeovilLovely evening, thanks. charming staff, solicitous manager, Petra on hols!!
The Olive Tree Restaurant – WellsOn Friday night four of us enjoyed a fabulous meal at the Olive Tree in Wells. The food we had was so delicious (three had the seared sea bass and one had the hake). All of us thoroughly enjoyed it. The puds/cheeseboard were also very good. All served up by lovely friendly, welcoming staff. We would love to try it again when we are next in Wells.
The Olive Tree Restaurant – WellsAbsolutely stunning food and lovely atmosphere. So good that we ate there twice in our 1 week visit to Wells. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
The Olive Tree Restaurant – WellsWe had a delicious meal at the Olive Tree. Really welcoming and friendly staff and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. Timing of the courses was perfect, the chef was extremely good and it was a great experience. We will definitely be returning. A new favourite restaurant for us!
The Olive Tree Restaurant – WellsGreat menu, lots of vegan options. Wonderful service and we will definitely return.
Perdida at Ferne Animal Sanctuary – YeovilA very pleasant evening at The Olive Tree. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious.
The Olive Tree Restaurant – WellsTook my daughter and her friend here as a special treat. We all had such a wonderful time! The space is bright and relaxing with plenty of room. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They set us up and explained how everything work. They were on hand to offer advice and guidance but we were also free to get on with it and do our own thing if we chose. The range of items to choose from are brilliant - plenty of smaller, cheaper items for kids to experiment with but also lots of big items if you're feeling ambitious. The amount of choice was brilliant! The materials on offer are great and there is all the equipment you need to create any effect you can imagine. You're free to help yourself to whatever you need - paint, liner pens, tools, brushes and stencils. We had some lovely drinks while we painted and the pricing at the end was very clear and reasonable. A brilliant way to spend an afternoon whether you're an adult group or bringing kids along. All three of us had a fantastic time!
Kiln Workshop – BishopstonMy partner had the chicken burger he is very particular about how meat is cooked and said it was amazing and cooked perfectly ! I had the beetroot goats cheese toastie which was delicious with plenty of cheese in ! Presentation was great & all produce was fresh ! Service was good as the restaurant was full ! We experienced a lovely relaxed atmosphere and will definitely return thank you
Olive Kitchen and Bar – YeovilI went to the Kiln workshop for a friends birthday, and we had such a lovely time! The venue is in a great location and is lovely and organised, we had a great painting our items. The selection of items to pick from is really good, I spied a couple of things I’d like to come back and paint another time! In fact I came back the week after to finish painting my little vase, can’t wait to pick it up once it’s fired :)
Kiln Workshop – BishopstonQuick service for a Sunday lunch, food was hot , the roast beef was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and very tender - veggies were also very nice. Only criticism is there wasn’t really enough food on the plate , and we had ordered extra cauliflower cheese , having said that I’d still go back but when I was less hungry perhaps.
The Olive Tree Restaurant – WellsExcellent as always.
The Olive Tree Restaurant – WellsOur friends had been recommended to eat at The Olive Tree and the four of us had a wonderful meal. The food was interestingly different and very tasty. The staff were extremely kind and helpful without being intrusive.
The Olive Tree Restaurant – WellsExcellent!!! Highly recommend
Union Street Brasserie – YeovilAmazing. Some of the best tasting food I've eaten and a great location.
Perdida at Ferne Animal Sanctuary – YeovilA lovely space in the centre of Wells, excellent food and delightful staff. We had a pre-dinner drink in the outside courtyard then ate a delicious meal in the main restaurant which was full but didn’t feel at all crowded. We will undoubtedly return when we are next in this part of Somerset.
The Olive Tree Restaurant – WellsThe first time I visited the Kiln - loved it! Very well organised, very calm setting and very lovely surprise that coffee was available and so good. My granddaughter and I had a great time together and built a few more special memories along the way.
Kiln Workshop – BishopstonVery tasty and interesting food in terms of colour, consistency, and flavour, freshly prepared and in generous quantities. The restaurant is simply, but tastefully, decorated and the staff are all very pleasant. Service can be a little slow at busy times, but don’t come for fast food.
