Olive Kitchen and Bar – YeovilI went to GJ's last night with the girls for our Christmas treat. It was a perfect evening. Amazing service - really amazing service actually - and the food was so good and really interesting - absolutely delicious!! Each course was explained to us - the cocktails were great too. Have been before and it was equally as good the first time. Plus we were dorky and asked Gordon to sign the menu for us - which he was so happy to do. We had a great night thank you and we will be back.

The staff were lovely and efficient, the food was very good indeed and it was all excellent value. We chose from the Christmas menu, which was so balanced with its small number of excellent choices. We both chose the Turkey dish which was better than any we've ever had from typical Christmas menus you find at many other establishments at this time of year. Oh, and the portion sizes were just right too and we didn't feel uncomfortably full.
