Three of us enjoyed a delicious Friday evening dinner. Food was very good indeed: definitely to be recommended and meriting a return visit. Service was friendly and helpful, though we could manage without 'Fantastic', 'No problem' after every sentence. Ambience: there are a lot of hard surfaces in the restaurant and tables are quite close together; as a consequence, background music is needed to prevent over-hearing - unfortunately it sometimes prevented hearing each other as well. Overall, a great evening out.

I knew Olive Kitchen would be wonderful based on their local sister cafés and so we were not disappointed on Saturday evening when we went along to share some plates. Every mouthful was delicious full of flavour and perfectly presented to eye and palate. The log burner meant the space was cosy and warm, and the staff friendly and welcoming. As a day time café it’s also great with wonderful cakes and excellent coffee. I highly recommend Olive Kitchen.

Always enjoyed atmosphere here. Not too noisy or crowded, sophisticated place for gatherings.

I met up with family from abroad and the masons arms was a good meet for us all. Pleasant atmosphere for a relaxed lunch and chat.

I might wish that young people in general, but the waitress in particular did not keep repeating “no problem” with each enquiry - did we want water, what wine did we want, our meal choices etc.,

Goodfellows never fails to impress. The food us always five star and the service is second to none. It is always a treat to come here.

We visited Restaurant 7B on Friday 13th to celebrate 20 years together. We have also had the great pleasure of eating Adam’s cuisine since he first opened his restaurant 20 years ago too. The food is always absolutely outstanding and Martine & Rene are the most welcoming front of house hosts. The care and attention to detail in the preparation, cooking and presentation's of the superb food makes the perfect dining experience.

Our new favourite place. Every meal we have had has been exceptional. Excellent choice on the menu of real quality food beautifully cooked and presented. The staff are lovely and know the menu well. The chef clearly is very good ! We also highly recommend to our B&B guests as one of the best places in the area to eat.

Great accommodation, great atmosphere, great food & service. It’s nearly 10 years since we last stayed at the Masons Arms and it’s still as good as it was then, despite a change in ownership. Will definitely be using it again as a stopover on our way to Cornwall, maybe not leave it 10 years this time.

We thoroughly enjoyed an evening meal at Goodfellows. My husband had the tasting nenu and accompanying wines and I ordered the scallops. It was probably one of the best meals we've enjoyed, served with knowledge of the food and wines. If we lived closer, we would be back in an instant. Thank you!

We’ve visited olive 4/5 times now and every time has been incredible. The food is innovative and delicious, the service is outstanding from the waiting staff that make it look effortless. We will be continuing to visit Olive on a regular basis for a guaranteed endorphin hit!!!

Delicious breakfast on a Saturday morning and lovely surroundings with the sun shining. The lamb/beef breakfast sausages were a treat.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable evening sampling some fantastic dishes. It was their first evening service and based on our experience I know this will become a super popular Saturday evening spot. Looking forward to our next visit already.
