Cross Keys Inn – MonmouthWeatherspoons Hotel with cheap prices. Food variable in quality though plenty of it.
Kings Head, The – MonmouthOutstanding decor, lovely food, friendly staff, prices were average. Food available to take out if you fancy dining at home. No home delivery which is a shame.
Ali Raj Brasserie – LlanelliMy Husband & I visit nearly every time we visit his parents in Llanelli, the landlady Marvis is very nice & welcoming, the food is outstanding every time we visit, The ambience is fantastic, I would recommend the Butchers to everyone that passes by. The staff are really polite, efficient. Compliments to the Chef & his team on the fantastic food you serve. You are a credit to the food industry. I am sure we will see you again soon. Thanks a million. X
Butchers Arms – CarmarthenExtensive fish/seafood menu and super location overlooking bay at Saundersfoot.
Mermaid on the Strand – TenbyA bit cheesy in places with its mandatory sombreros and flamboyant decor, El Paso's oozes charm and fun. The food is delicious and reasonably priced and cocktails are a must have!! Come here for cheery service, an easy going atmosphere and a fun night!!!
Snap Dragon – CardiffFirst class food, wonderful, local and fresh. It really was homemade. The wine list was very good and the staff were lovely and attentive. One of the best places to eat in the area!
Valans Restaurant – AmmanfordIt seems to be the best restaurant in cardiff bay a lot of stars eat there.
Demiros Mediterranean and Steak Restaurant – CardiffAlfred's is the jewel of Ponty, if you love fish or fresh meat this is THE place to eat. With a gorgeous trendy interior and great service a thouroughly enjoyable experience all round.
Alfreds Bar and Grill – PontypriddWell recommended for a family meal out. Everything is perfect.
Badgers Bar and Brasserie – AmmanfordThe food here is high quality and there is a wide range of traditional and modern dishes on the menu to choose from. A popular restaurant where it is essential to book a table at weekends. Located far enough away from any pubs to avoid the late night drunken customers that many Indian restaurants attract. On a Sunday the restaurant does an All-You-Can-Eat buffet for £10 and the quality of the food is equal to that ordered off the menu on any other day, while also offering a wide choice of starters and mains.
The Cinnamon Tree – PontypriddFrom the moment we entered to the time that we left everything was perfect. From food to the service. Well done. Definitely be back.

Brunswick Oriental Restaurant – Merthyr TydfilThe best restaurant I've eaten in a long time, i will always eat there from now on.
Simla Brasserie Tandoori Restaurant – NeathThis little pub in a small village just outside of Carmarthen on the main run to Cardiff is a real gem of a find. The food is fantastic but at prices that are no different to any other pub where you might just be served with 'pub grub'. It has a friendly Landlord and Landlady along with the bar and serving staff. It also has an affable Welshness which would please most travellers looking for a quaint well managed country pub. In the colder weather it also has that one feature that so many pubs lack....a beautiful log fire. A must place to go and a 'wonderful find'.
Butchers Arms – CarmarthenAfternoon Tea: For parties of 8 of more a special discounted price of £23 per person.
Two meals for £15. Available Wednesday to Friday 12pm-6pm.
