The food was one of the best Chinese I have had and the service was extremely good, the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful even though it was a very busy night. The best Chinese restaurant and takeaway in England!

Deli Garden is one of the best restaurants ive ever been to. The friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and best of all the out-standing food better than china town. I will definitely go there again in the future

A VERY nice Balti Chicken Madras with Pilau rice. I have had a LOT of Indian cuisine over the years at some very good places, but this ranks very highly with me. I am from South Yorkshire and found this take away on the High Street in Winsford, Cheshire & have to say, if you are in teh area DEFINITELY give them a try.

Very good - friendly, great grub I took my naaaan. She loved it.

As it was a Saturday night I booked ahead to ensure a table for four but I think people were able to get seats of the street. The service and food were very good. I can recommend the Green Curry and Sweet & Sour King Prawn. All had starters, drinks main meals and coffees to finish. The cost was about £30/Head. We were there for about three hours so you don't fee rushed at all. Highly recommended.

We have eaten here on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. The staff are always welcoming and the food is well cooked and presented. It's a little like eating in someone's house but that all adds to the experience in my opinion. Much better value than the Chilli Banana.

I thought the belle epoque knutsford was really nice and very welcoming and cosy i felt at home! it was also very comfortable and the gardens were outstanding and very pretty.The service was very fast so nobody was hungry in between.

i have been eating in bowers since it opened and i go lunch and dinner and its still as good as when it opened.

One of the best Indian restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of dining in, the food is delicious and its really cosy inside, I would happily say one of the nicest Indian restaurants in Cheshire!

The smoker was recommended to me by a friend and since then I have used it several times. I must admit that I am rather fond of the lamb Henry which is a firm favourite with my friends too although all of the dishes are excellent as is the service and the staff are down to earth and friendly especially Margaret whom I think is the owner. My most recent meal was Sunday 7th august 2005 table 15 for a party of five, in fact one of my guests is a Chinese girl (zhuo li) and her partner of which Margaret said if she did not like the sweet it would be replaced at no extra charge. Waiting time from placing your order to being served is minimal and the food is always piping hot, my view is you could spend the same amount at a burger joint? But why bother! When you get this kind of service. I live 1.5 miles from the centre of Manchester, others in our party were my dad Cyril and my friend Steve Morris, this visit to the smoker was in the memory of my mother who passed away 3 yrs ago 27th august. The food at the Bhurtpore is always superb; I have eaten there regularly over the last 10 years and have never had any cause for complaint. There is also a wide choice of beers always available.

Attractive canalside pub that serves excellent food. Gets busy at popular times and with boats in summer.

Just had lunch at the Smoker and feel I have to let others know what a great place this is. We went as a family and were made very welcome, the menus are as extensive as you will find and all the food is freshly cooked - with an emphasis on local produce. The Beers and wines are kept very well and in better weather there is an attractive beer garden with small children? play area. If you are appreciative of good food and service but avoid the usual "wacky warehouses" like the plague then "The Smoker" is just perfect. Also been recommended for a great Set menu Sunday Lunch.

I was very impressed with this place. The food was excellent and whilst the prices aren't the cheapest they have a few special offers which can make it a bargain!

We went to their Sunday buffet and it was fantastic. You still get a good range of choices from their buffet menu and you get poppadoms, starters, rice, naan, main dish and side dish for about £6 per person! I definitely recommend it!
