Having eaten at napoleons on several occasions now its easy to see why the restaurant is always busy.....the food is fantastic!my wife and i dined on a Saturday night we both ate the scallops which were served on a chorizo rissoto,the flavours were great!i followed this with salmon,minted peas,mash potato and asparagus a brilliant combination.my wife had a Thai chicken dish which she asures me tasted as good as it looked!it took us a while to get our desert menus but it was worth waiting for!i finished with a treacle tart and my wife had ice cream and sorbets which came with its own cornet and flake to build your own ice cream!since visiting last time the restaurant has had a nice decor change,but its the consistency of the food and unique atmosphere that keeps us coming back.

Coming for a meal at Prashad is like coming home to a meal cooked by your mum. We suppose it should not come as a surprise for Kaushy is the archetypal mum, hardworking, always cheerful and smiling, with an astonishing repertoire of culinary recipes at her fingertips, an encyclopedic knowledge of the art of cookery and possessing the intricate skills to produce unbelievably delicious end results. Today’s meal was a meal to travel miles for: the rengan bhajias were mouth-wateringly moreish, the bhel reminded us of happy days spent at the Mumbai seaside, the utthapam was exceptionally fluffy and soft, the chickpea chole was simply superb. It won’t be long before we are back for a meal again.

i do not recommend this restaurant if 1- you are a vegetarian 2- if you have kids 3- if you wanting a meal within 2 hours our meal was appalling we had to wait over 2 hours for our mains, 6 people,no kids menu and vegetarians you can have fish fish or quiche that's the choice,i wouldn't recommend this restaurant worst i have been to the excuse we got we are very busy,with a total of 6 tables outside to me thats not busy

I certainly would recommend this venue to anyone! Its a star in west Yorkshire's crown. Recently under new award winning management some noted changes have occur ed, food quality had got far better, food served all day. The bands are back on a Monday and there is a varied amount of cask ale on the bar. Better than the previous owners!

I have now experienced several evenings at Zachary’s and introduce many a friend - you will not disappointed!!! The food is mouth watering, several menu options to suit various budget and the staff are first class. Don’t miss out on one of the best restaurants in Leeds!

My wife and I visited the Ash Tree on Tues. 23/06/09 at lunch time. The first favourable item that we noticed (and remarked on) was the hedge around the car park. Very neatly trimmed, indeed. We asked for a large glass of Chardonnay and a pint of Black Sheep bitter. The nice lady behind the bar said that they did not have a big range of wines by the glass. However, if we had wanted a bottle the choice would have been larger. No matter, we were quite happy with what we got. We ordered the fried haddock, and were pleasantly surprised when we saw that it was not overburdened with batter, as is often the case in some other pubs. For we pensioners, therefore, the meal was quite large enough. It's usually the batter that fills (or overfills) us, but it was just right at the Ash Tree. We shall visit again.

I live just above the Grove in Ilkley and visited The Veggie recently on a Friday evening. It has to be said the food is very good for the price, it tastes home cooked and the salads are wonderful. The prices are OK at £7 ish for evening meal, only thing I would say is the place is a bit small (they had to turn people away) but I suppose that's cozy. There are quite a few places in Ilkley to eat but I would say this is in the top 3, I will be going again and I am not even a vegetarian.

have just eaten at bella roma this weekend, was fantastic. the wine and food were superb. the staff are very friendly and see to you every need and the chefs, they need a big pat on the back. Have seen a couple of comments on here, about an english dessert, on the menu is an apple and blackberry crumble how english is that

always good and always welcoming. small but not to be underestimated . the liver starter is fab. give it a go.

I love this restaurant! It is wonderful, in the middle of a busy seaside town, to find a clean, tidy restaurant with polite and helpful staff who welcome children cheerfully and accommodate their food fads, in addition to the children's menu, without blinking. At the same time, mum and dad can get a decent meal and a glass of good wine. I recommend the chicken Caesar salad - it is outstanding. My 8 yr old granddaughter particularly loves the 50s rock'n'roll playing softly in the background.

Ellie Mae's has become our restaurant of choice in Bridlington. The staff are wonderfully helpful and the food plentiful and varied. My only criticism is, in common with so many other places these days, that the vegetables are badly cooked - raw and, in the case of roast potatoes, soft.

Once seen, the food tasted, never to be forgotten, When ever I am near the location of the Cod & Lobster I just gravitate towards it's welcoming doors...the Boullibasse is to die for and my friends face was a treat to behold when she first encountered the ''Club Sandwich.!!the Jazz nights are great...the food superb...Well done to all the Chefs, restaurant staff and management team you make dinning out a pleasure...

Great food...well prepared, and friendly attentive service from the staff...a great evening, as usual.... Even if on this visit I had to empty my pre dinner operative over some ones table decoration that had caught fire !!!.... you'd have thought the people at the table would have noticed..!!!

Sadly this once fine pub/restaurant has fallen on culinary sad times....It food can now at best be described as amateurish at the best ....food poorly cooked.... sauces would appear to be ''bisto'' based plus flavours ie ywo blackberries and a whiff of the cork from a port bottle oh and the veg nasty carrots where sour most likely reheated from Sunday lunch 2 days previously to say we where 'Severely disappointed would be an understatement.

The food is excellent you cant get any better than CROWNS!
