Alfe's hosted our office party recently and despite there being a lot of us the service, food and cost were all very good indeed.

My family and I ate at Alfe's recently and we had an excellent time enjoying the delicious food and superb service. I have also dined during the day with colleagues from work and the buffet is great value. I will definitely continue to be regular customer.

a perfect restaurant for any occasion, the service was spectacular, the food was wonderful, and the price was modest. I would of happily paid more. I have never before been made to feel this relaxed and looked after in a restaurant. I will definitely be going back soon...... highly recommended

Fantastic venue and food. The decor is out of this world. If you are in Leeds, you must try this amazing restaurant. One of the best meals I have ever had outside France.

Four of us got in on an early Friday night without prior booking, but it got busier and people were being turned away by 8pm. The food was lovely, although pricey. The lamb kebab was very tender and the stifado excellent. My personal favourite was the Turkish rice. Don't know about puddings because we were stuffed!

Had a lovely meal here. Will def be back. Although I don't agree with the comment above about the stunning guy on the food till!

La Besi is my favourite Italian restaurant in Leeds, the service is fantastic and the staff are very polite. The food was very good. my party was catered for fully. The atmosphere was relaxed. I would definitely recommend La Besi to anyone

We went for food on a Monday when they have half price burgers and it was fab! The tables were almost full (which is great on a Monday evening) and the staff were really friendly. The food came quickly and was delicious. It's not just run-of-the-mill burgers; there is a Thai burger (with fish cake on) and an Italian burger (mozzarella, burger, olives, tomato, basil etc) to name a few. Even at their full price these meals were good value, but at half price they're great!

Just experienced a great Mother's Day Lunch at LeD2. Have eaten here before for lunch and dinner. Very good food and excellent value for money, as always. Lovely atmosphere.

The Restaurant is called Sandown Family Restaurant and is proud of its high quality fresh food (not Processed) and its constant regular custom and always welcomes new customers as it has been completely refurbished by the new owners

The newly re-vamped Moorcock inn has had the restaurant thoroughly modernised and a good paint job through out. In a lovely setting alongside Norland moor we went one Wednesday lunch and the place was really quite busy. At £4.95 for 3 courses lunch was frankly excellent value. Pate with French toast, gammon and eggs with real chunky chips and treacle sponge and custard, there is also the a-la-carte which at the price, sirloin steak £9.95, fillet a pound extra you are hardly going to get fleeced. The restaurant is beautifully stylish, with its wooden floors and ornate Oriental artwork and exquisite wood carvings. The staff are polite, extremely helpful, happy and attentive in their immaculate uniforms. The food was delicious, with every dish perfectly cooked, with the lovely combinations of the different flavours shining through in every dish. I highly recommend the Thai Sausage and the steamed Sae Bass. Awesome food, brilliant atmosphere, excellent service and good value. Highly rated.

Great food in a pretty good venue. Try the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding - absolutely delicious!

The restaurant is very small with an open kitchen creating warmth, the menu is very extensive something for all definitely worth a visit

this is a great family restaurant, it is clean and non smoking. I had fresh sea bass which was superb my husband had steak in marsala; he raved about his. Our 2 children ate free and helped make their own sweets. we will have many lovely nights there - our best neighbourhood restaurant.
