We are regular customers at Bistro Pierre. We came on Sunday 4. 20 pm the resturant was empty apart from tables at the front being taken, we were told by the waiter we could not have a table till after 6-30 pm. Yet friends of ours who had not booked arrived at 5.30 pm and were taken to a table!! Very disappointed in the service and the waiter showed no customer service what so ever

Worked at this pub years ago and still go in now and again for a drink. Service standards are atrocioius, staff just not aware of what of people coming in, making them welcome, too busy just gabbing to friends and other staff or looking at mobile phones. Shame, just going down the pan, what's happened to customer service?

Visited here after seeing them advertised on Sugarvine and thought they sounded interesting. Quirky restaurant with friendly, helpful staff and good food. Best Bloody Mary I have had in a long time and loved the fact it was served in a jam jar.

Visit with my family (young and old) quite often and have always been well catered for...bar staff tending to my children's needs or charming my grandparents..food spot on for the price too. Highly recommend, great pub with the staff to match.

Fantastic staff especially Josh and Mario, delightful atmosphere. Only called in for one and had to stay. Highly recommend a visit. Promise you'll love it. Ciao amigo xXx

This is by far the best Chinese takeaway in Liverpool, I love their sweet and sour chicken it's absoluety gorgeous mmmmmmmmm. Would recommed to anyone love it !!!!!!!!!!

We always pay a visit to Edwards, we have always enjoyed it, staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Would recommend 100%.

My wife and I were on holiday last September and we visited this place every day. It is a fantastic pub with superb bar staff and a super juke box! Free music? we don't get that up in Edinburgh. Can't wait till we come back down this Year!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a gorgeous meal in this restaurant !!! Had a delivery to home too !! Both meals excellent standard : but must admit it was a lot spicer in the restaurant !!! But would defintely order again x

Bacchus Taverna is the best restaurant I've ever been to. Lovely warm cozy atmosphere, with Greek music playing in the background, you could easily think you were in Greece!!!!!! The staff were fabulous, so friendly, warm and attentive, especially Gail. The food was amazing, we all tried each other's food, all of it was cooked perfectly, the meat just fell apart and the flavours were fantastic!!!! My friend took us there for my birthday......and am so glad!!!!!! We were all raving about how gorgeous it was on the way home...and we were even picking our meals for next time.10/10 for Bacchus Taverna.

Without doubt the best Indian food I have ever had. Service is fantastic, Ali is so welcoming and friendly. The buffet on a Sunday is superb, unbelievable selection, always piping hot with a great range of choice. The restaurant is modern and immaculate throughout, making it, by far, my favourite place to eat in Formby.

Best Bar around! Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Really good atmosphere and excellent food served. Excellent place to chill and relax.

Came here with friends and must say good choice excellent food and service. The staff are really friendly and always on hand to assist you the food is a class. The Desi style and Karahi dishes are awesome. Must try the master chef place looks fantastic after the make ove..

Fabulous Indian meal I had there recently - the best I have been to in a very long while. Thoroughly recommend the food. Bit of a walk from James Street Station, but well worth it.

Me an my wife go to to the Orchid at least twice a month. Mike the head waiter has always made us feel welcome even when booking the table late he has always made room for us. This has happened on a number occasions all the staff are friendly an very helpful and very professional in their approach and nothing is a problem to them. The food in the Orchid is ten out of ten, never had a bad experience while at the Orchid. Will be there again next week, can't wait .

Was very disappointed to find this closed at 9,45 on Mothers day, think that is a bit early on a weekend, love it in there. kitchen had finished they said , never mind.

Dined Saturday lunchtime as usual food and service excellent. Looking forward to our next visit.
