I have dined at Colours Restaurant now for numerous years, and can honestly say hand on heart that this restaurant is so good, it’s almost unbelievable. The service is second to none and all staff are very polite and are very attentive to your needs, and treat you like a V.I.P The food is also fantastic and furthermore the menu changes every two weeks, so there is always a new exciting dish to choose from. I would recommend this restaurant to everybody; families, couples, parties etc. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

First visit to spire to see what all the fuss was about and now I know, superb all round restaurant with a family run atmosphere, you are pampered from beginning till end well done will definitely return.

This place is the NUTS when it comes to food in Liverpool. A+++++++++++++++++++ all along the board. My G/F family are over from Dubai and love going back every time they are here.

An amazing restaurant. Food is outstanding, atmosphere and views are exceptional. I have been there for a romantic night with my partner where we spent an entire night there, after eating we moved into the bar and ordered a further bottle of wine and cheese platter (which is well worth ordering).I have also been as a group for a friends birthday and this was just as good. It caters for all and the service can’t be faulted. My next trip is for my birthday this weekend and I can’t wait!

The best food I have eaten in Liverpool, fantastic starter of sardines in a spicey tomato sauce, perfect meal.

Overall a lovely experience, the food is innovative and exciting, the wine is superb and the restaurant is intimate. While we understand others' concerns about the waitresses, we felt that they had been well trained and that the service was excellent.

We love it here - perfect for special occasions TLCW is Liverpool's best dining experience.

Good, but not as good as TLCW.

Having eaten here several times I took along some friends who had not eaten there before we were not disappointed the food was fresh, delicious...well presented. Service was friendly and attentive without being obtrusive...we were not rushed. Paul’s rates are head and shoulders above many of its contempories in the city centre and as such represents excellent value for money.

I thought everything about the quarter was excellent, the food is so tasty and yet so cheap! I thought the service was really good on both times I visited and will definitely be going back again. The salmon and asparagus pasta was amazing!

Thai food has become my favourite cuisine after visiting this restaurant and I benchmark other Thai Restaurants against this one, which still remains top of my list! I have experienced the normal menus and the Sunday Buffet and the standard of food is the same high quality on both. The owners themselves frequent your table to ensure you are enjoying your visit, which inevitably result in discussing maybe recent holidays and visits to Thailand and adds to a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Been to Owens twice now and enjoyed my meal on both occasions. The menu is varied and everything sound lovely on it. Can't wait to return

Lovely comforting food. Had a great meal sitting at a window table watching the rain bouncing outside. Typical British summer nights dining!

This place is great for anyone with limited fund...but even if you aren't poor you should still visit as the food is superb. A very unusual and varied menu that you will not find anywhere else in Liverpool, and very generous portion sizes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made banana and strawberry milkshake. The toilets were spotlessly clean and the whole place had a great atmosphere.

We have been going to Owens for about 6 years and each time is truly outstanding. My only disappointment is that there is no longer any live music which myself and my family looked forward to and to be honest made Owens Ambience that little more special than the other restaurants we go to ! Bring back the music and it will be the perfect place !!
