Chung Ku – Liverpool City CentreWe went to the Mayur last week not really knowing what to expect. But having just watched Anjum Anand "Indian Cooking Made Easy" advocating the use of high quality ingredients and spices this is what this restaurant is all about - quality. The food is delicious, surroundings plush and innovative. The service was a little over zealous but better that than lack of service. This is usually outside of my price range for a mid-week eatery but fantastic for a special treat. Give it a try - this is REAL Indian food.
Mayur – Liverpool City CentreThe fillet steak with shoestring onions is a must. gotta be med rare though! also need the recipe for those bourbon mushrooms. Our family love this place, we can certainly recommend Damons to anyone.
Damons – Mossley HillLove this restaurant, the Brazilian waiter is brilliant! The steak is the best ive had anywere in the uk!!Must be tried
Kozi – PrescotMy boyfriend and I visited the restaurant earlier this week to wish each other goodbye before we head off to uni. It certainly won't be a night we'll forget in a hurry! The service, atmosphere and the quality of the food were faultless, not the mention the friendliness of the staff, very reasonable prices and the incredible floor show. The first three attributes alone would have given us a wonderful dining experience, but Sapporo gives you so much more than its fresh, delicious food - a fabulous night out. It really is the best restaurant in Liverpool - and very possibly beyond.
Sapporo Teppanyaki Liverpool – Liverpool City CentreMy family and i have visited this wonderful tapas restaurant many times and the food is to die for. I would recommend it to any one. My favourite has to be the prawns in garlic and chilli. If you like eating out its really affordable too!
Tapas Tapas – Waterloowe went here for a quick drink and ended up staying the night, parnells food was served until 8pm and the homemade chips were to die for, the evening theme has moved away from the loud DJ environment, the cocktails and pitchers put a lot of town bars in the shade. staff are friendly and attentive, no skimping on the ice either. highly recommended, day or night
Parnells – WaterlooAbsolutely gorgeous food, best Chinese in the country
New Orchid Garden – West DerbyWe have been dining here for over 20 years and the food has always been good. Yes the decor is a little dated, and the menu is homely rather than adventurous, but if you want very good food at reasonable prices this is the place to eat.
The Charcoal Grill – St.HelensPerfectly acceptable food with prompt service. Just don't try to take babies as the latest table offered is 1830. The Asian culture is noted for being family centric so it is such a surprise that the owners choose to adopt this typically British attitude to children.
This restaurant has to be the best Mexican restaurant in the UK. I have eat at Savina on many occasions and have not been left disappointed. Excellent meal and excellent service.
Savina – Liverpool City CentreThis place is brilliant. We went there at the weekend, and the food was really good. I recommend the ice cream Banoffee pie, it's to die for. The meal came to around £60 for the 3 of us. I'd definitely go there again.
Astoria – West KirbyThe prices are reasonable for the town centre but hey you pay for what you get. and hey what you get is the best. WHAT A PLACE TO EAT. I recommend it to all Indian lovers midge and Ali has created an atmosphere second to none. The opening night was packed out with celebs who have gone back since just ask to see the guest book and leave a little log. food is out of this world. not a lot off people know about this place as yet but i would advise to book in advance as it is getting busier every day. one you go there you will want to go back. i go to the there other restaurant the raj in woolton village and the takeaway in hunts cross but this place is much better. all i can say is go and see for yourself.
Spice Lounge – Liverpool City CentreVisited Kozi for the first time (Monday evening) to try it out at last... glad we did. The waiter was very welcoming and attentive and slightly 'eccentric' in a good way! Food was excellent value for money, well presented and very tasty! We will hopefully now be regular visitors.
Kozi – Prescothave been out to this restaurant a couple of times now with friends, and have to admit how impressed i am. the food is fresh and tasty (you can tell they dont use microwaves!).. you can see the chefs cooking away in the background. the service really is outstanding. the manager and waiters seem to take your dining experience seriously, professionalism sadly lacking in restaurants these days, but definitely not here
Villa Romana – Liverpool City Centreloved it, absolutely fantastic!! recommend to anyone.
Savina – Liverpool City CentreDefinitely the best restaurant in Liverpool. Fantastic food, excellent service and a stunning building.
Restaurant Bar and Grill – Liverpool City CentreGreat stuff! What a find! A bit off the beaten track but only 1 min from Bold Street. Starters and main courses were well presented and very tasty. We had organic Chicken from Wales and Black Beef which didn't need a steak knife as it just melted. If you want to make your money go further and dine in cosy surroundings with genuinely warm staff (they even offered me reading glasses as I had forgotten mine) this is the restaurant for you.
