Food ok not great? Service appalling we were there 30 mins before we got a drink and that’s because we went in and asked if we could be served!! Would not go back

Went back specifically for Chef Thomas' Caribbean roast. Everything was 10/10, experienced his roast a few times and I've never been disappointed! Highly recommended me! Drinks were okay - glasses could've been cleaner. New manager was super friendly :) As long as Chef Thomas is in the kitchen - ill be visiting!

Excellent food! I spent good times in Barcelona tapas, very kind the staff. I will return in my next visit to London !

Today 28/8/26 we visited Laduree in the Burlington Arcade. We ordered one Earl Grey Tea and one Caffe Mocha . The staff had no idea what a Mocha was and brought hot chocolate instead. The Tea had gobbles of fat running over the top . Not the usual standard at all

During a visit to London we decided to go to Mona's after reading previous reviews and seeing they had a 5 star hygiene rating. It didn't disappoint, The decor was charming and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Then there was the food!! The Indian/ Turkish fusion works beautifully, and all cooked to perfection . We had the Thali platter, and enjoyed it so much that we went back again another day during our trip. Highly recommended this little gem to anyone!! We will revisit next time we're in London.

We had a great evening here where we met friends and family. Food was lovely , service friendly and timely and ambiance good. We will return. Thank you.

EXCELLENT. Are you thinking of going to MONA's? Well, stop thinking and just go! Great food, far better than the standard Indian Restaurant food usually provided, especially in London. Very good selection of vegan/veggie options, as well as meat. Absolutely fantastic service - impeccable. AND they learned it was my partner's birthday and brought her some celebratory desert with candles! Very happy, highly recommended.

The food and cocktail was amaxing but the service is VERY VERY SLOW due to management not hiring enough staff to support the young lady forced to do it alone. I felt sorry for her! The poor girl! They probably don't even pay her enough either! Disgraceful slave labour if you ask me!

Such a lovely restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the whole place feels so cozy and beautifully decorated. There’s a really good variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions. Everything was full of flavour and clearly made with care. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

We chose Patty & Bun for my friend's post-birthday celebration. The staff were super nice! They provided recommendations on the menu and was really attentive on what we needed. In the end, we had Cheese Balls, on the house, which I recommend. This is our favourite burger place.

I came over to celebrate my birthday with big group of friends. Service was horrible,no attention to the table,wrong food,missing items or items were delivered when we approached them.We were waiting over 40min for our dishes. My boyfriend wanted to plan surprise desert for me and even after waiting for over 20min we didn't receive it. When we went downstairs the manager wasn't accommodating. He said -as a good manager he comped food that they delivered to our table by mistake. After I said I never had such a bad service and my boyfriend is AGM,the manager said again -as AGM you should understand what it means to be understaffed (they told us they were 3ppl down ).You don't drop something like that to your guest,we all work in hospitality and me personally as manager and AGM would never said that to a guest. We even had to doubkecheck the bill because they wanted to charge us for something we never received. I'm never going back there again.

I tried to order a madras, surly waiter told me it was not authentic indian and so not on menu. I changed my order to a Dopiaza, same response. He did however let one of the party order a chicken tikka massalla which apparently qualifies as authentic Indian (strange as i thought it was invented in Birmingham). If you want a writer with a whole heap of attitude try it. To be fair food was good.

Portions really pour. Paella for two but It was for only One. Too expensive for what we ate.

Found this lovely little restaurant on Google,and we were very impressed with the service and the food.Good portions and lovely flavours. IT was my husband's birthday and he loves lobster so we decided to go sea garden,we will definitely be going back

Took our godchildren out after watching one of them in the Hunger Games. Godson (14) had two double burgers plus chicken pieces. We all really enjoyed our meal, burgers were juicy and everything was fresh, rosemary fries a delight. Would definitely come again.

I have been a customer at KT for 7 years, and the food and service have been consistently excellent. I bring my work colleagues here for meals, and they always agree with me. Can’t praise it enough for both quality and value!
