I visited here on Thursday 4th January 2014. I didn't eat as I've eaten in the past and felt I was being rushed. However I did notice that the disabled toilets were in a very poor state, no door lock, no toilet roll and the alarm was inoperable. I very politely complained and got a response from a director of the Almond Group, slandering and defaming me as an offensive, aggressive and loud drunk with whom the pub have had "difficulties" in the past. All of these comments were lies aimed at discrediting me. Hardly a very professional way of dealing with my complaint. I also took a flat, tasteless pint of beer back to the bar and was not offered a replacement. Needless to say, my relationship with this establishment has ended and my friends and family are so appalled that they are also boycotting it from now on.
