Hi Luvs, taking the lads to Taybarns with it being all you can eat they fill their self up for the day
Wigan Taybarns – WiganGreat food relaxing ambience friendly staff. I am regular now
Juan Sanchez Bar de Tapas – Chorltonthey have new chef and the food is not the same
The Harrows – RochdaleGiorgios is simply super! I went for a meal out with my nan and we we're so impressed! The waiter 'Guiseppe' was so on the ball and his wit was magical. Such a lovely man, nice manners, tall and true Italian 'dark'. His eyes were full of the passion of the med and his skin a lovely sun ripened olive. I loved his deep gravelly accent. it made the food taste good. mike
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreVery disappointing on our last visit we have eaten here before and enjoyed it however on our last visit the service was appalling. the waiter had virtually no knowledge of the menu and kept having to leave to ask questions in the kitchen. When the meal did come the veg was different from what was ordered and sauces were no served at all. the food was mediocre all in all I would NOT recommend
Rigbye Arms Country Inn and Bistro – WiganWe have been going to Mint Bar for our Full English Breakfasts on Saturdays for some time now as we were guaranteed great quality ingredients, a real treat. Unfortunately not so on our last couple of visits, along with the name change there appears to have been a change of stockist also. Poor quality and extremely salty bacon, cheap sausage and black pudding means we wont be returning, such a shame that it appears that profits based on low quality ingredients have replaced what was a brilliant brekkie!
Mint Bar & Grill – ChorltonHi john. cant find your web site to put comments on about the wedding meal you did for arron &gemms wedding on the 25 june. the service was excellent and very professional carried out every one as commented on how much they enjoyed the meal and service that you provided many thanks mick& chris would recommend you to anyone excellent service
Manns Wharf – Ashton Under Lynefood is lovely! and great to sit outside and enjoy the sun
Orange Grove – FallowfieldI pass this restaurant daily. Never thought it would be any good. What a narna I am. Tried it on Saturday with friends. It's fantastic. The Rice Bowl In Manchester Doesn't come anywhere near it. Parking isn't any problem. I know where I will eat Chinese again.
Chung Ying – SalfordLooking forward to opening of new bar and restaurant. Just what is needed.
Momentum Restaurant & Lounge – WesthoughtonRed Hot World Buffet has only been open a month or so in Manchester but is already attracting queues of customers from lunchtime right through to the evening. With branches in Leeds, Liverpool and Nottingham among others it is not too difficult to see what all the fuss is about. Allegedly the Manchester branch has over 300 dishes on its buffet menu in a self serve restaurant which can seat up to 350 people. Our lunchtime visit, after a short wait was rewarded with a good percentage of those 300 dishes to choose from and the hope that we would have the appetite to match! The buffet is divided into oriental, tex mex, Indian, Italian and British - disappointingly we couldn't find the advertised Mediterranean or Thai sections. However with my plate full to the edges with deep fried scallops, calamari, vegetable spring rolls, spare ribs and noodles the disappointment was short lived. The next hour or so became a blur of revisits to the buffet - char grilled corn on the cob, lemon chicken, lamb rogan josh, bombay potatoes, daal. For less than £30 for two including a bottle of crisp Chilean Sauvignon Blanc Red Hot's lunchtime menu cannot be recommended highly enough. It's more expensive in the evening and no doubt the queues are even longer.
Yo! Hot- Manchester City CentreDO NOT EAT HERE. The place has a nice enough ambience but the staff do not observe basic hygiene practises. The food is average and overpriced, and the staff were almost entirely unprofessional.
Armenique – StockportI went recently for lunch on a Saturday. The food was delicious and very good value at £13.95 for 3 courses
No. 4 Dine and Wine – Didsburythe meal we had at the new emperor was fantastic the best Chinese meal we have ever had
New Emperor – Manchester City CentreMy brother often eats at this restaurant and he loves it. Last week, he invited me to try the food, I was in the area so I said why not?! I must say I wasn't very impressed with the atmosphere. The man who took our order insisted to order more food than we wanted to, he yelled at the waitress a several times, and also gave some indications to the chef and anyone could hear that. A customer should never, ever have to deal with that. I placed my order, that's what I want, plain and simple! Don't try to change my mind, because 100% of the time, I won't. The food was great, the pasta with tomato sauce was wonderful and the price is reasonable. My brother thinks they were short of staff, because the man who served us is usually the chef. I will give it another try, at least for the lovely food.
San Remo – AudenshawA fine example of an 'independent' restaurant. A fantastic atmosphere, laid back yet attentive waiting staff, and a lovely open kitchen. We had the Gambas Pil Pil, Patatas Bravas, Chorizo and the Spare Ribs from the Tapas menu. We also had Paella De Carne. I must say, I cannot fault the food at all. We sent our plates back empty! We even met the owner / chef who came out to make sure we were happy. Thanks Dino, we'll definitely be seeing you again!
La Torre – UrmstonI have been to Baci on many occasions and this is our favorite restaurant by far not only is the food very tasty its also great value for money, the staff are always very friendly and polite.
