Foid mazing service brilliant nightly recommended

We had an amazing meal at The Hamnavoe. Absolutely perfect, from the atmosphere, the warm friendly welcome from the staff, to the food itself, every mouthful was so flavoursome, and beautifully cooked. We would certainly recommend The Hamnavoe.

Wow! So happy to be back in Stromness and at Hamnavoe. Not only amazing food and super friendly folk, but a clear still night and a leisurely walk home in good company afterwards.

as a near local from a village just outside Stirling the Golden Lion and Cronies Restaurant was always going to be my preferred choice for an excellent extended family get together for my belated 60th birthday, great service, lovely meals and all the staff went above and beyond in ensuring everything ran as smooth as clockwork.

Had an excellent meal on Valentines. The food was fantastic, steak was cooked to perfection. Portions were very generous. However what made our evening so good was the service. Staff were very attentive without fussing over us too much. Even the servers that weren't looking after us smiled and checked in with us. We will definitely be back.
