lovely restaurant food was gorgeous, from starters to sweets...service impeccable .....highly recommend good value for money

Excellent food. Pub was very quiet but we went midweek so that’s to be expected.

Welcoming staff, a friendly restaurant. Great food and good value. Good choice of wines. Excellent dessert menu. Wish we lived nearer, we would be regular customers.

This was our first visit to Da Gino's on August 3rd. We really enjoyed the calm atmosphere in the restaurant. excellent service from all the staff, a wide range of meals to choose from and those we chose delicious. Plus puddings so nice it was hard to decide which to choose. this was a birthday celebration and we will definitely return.

1st time back in 4 Years having moved to Yorkshire ! Food and service excellent could not do enough Food excellent a massive choice all fresh!

The food and service was excellent. Although they were very short staffed the girl that took our order was lovely, not at all fazed by the fact that she was taking ordered delivering meals, clearing tables and serving drinks. We will certainly dine here again.

Lovely food and service. Great value 2 course lunch for £10. Good portions. I can recommend the sticky toffee pudding!! Fantastic friendly pub.

The staff coped admirably on a very busy sunny Sunday during the Commonwealth Games. We had the generous carvery. Enormous Yorkshire puddings!

Booked at 10am Sunday morning for a quarter too 6 booking. When arrived they said they were running out of food for the carvery and couldn’t guarantee there would be enough for us. Also most of the meals off the menu they had ran out off. They mentioned that they had had no number for me but on my booking there was a telephone number. I was disappointed but understood they didn’t anticipate how busy they was going to be. It wouldn’t stop me going again though as there food is delicious and staff are lovely just think communication could of been better

We had booked our table for 6pm on Thursday 21st July, The pub seemed busy as there was only 2 people serving, a barman and a waitress. We did wait a long time (approx 50 min) to have our order taken However, the food was delicious, worth the wait. To be honest, I think there was a party upstairs as well, which added to the wait.

Food was good - unfortunately the set of men to our right were vile - disparaging about women an the language was choice - l think maybe if l go again l probably won’t l will ask to sit without being surrounded by people

Brilliant food and welcome as always. First time with the kids and they can't wait to go back!

We had a gorgeous meal at your lovely restaurant on Saturday 23rd July. The food and the service was second to none, matched by a lovely bottle of house wine. We will definately be visiting again.

My family and I have not been to the old crown for Sunday lunch for about 18 months. We had a lovely lunch food was piping hot fresh vegetable it was all absolutely beautiful. And the staff could not do enough for you . And may I also say with an elderly mother. How kind they all are. Well done.
