Blues at Ewood Park – BlackburnCouldn? fault anything about the place, food, service all were outstanding. The location is wonderful. Would definitely recommend it and will definitely be returning.
Mr Freds @ Stanley House – BlackburnWe eat here nearly every weekend (mainly via takeaway) and we have never been disappointed. The salt and pepper chicken wings are a regular feature as are the salt and pepper mushrooms which are to die for. One of our party likes to go for chicken and mushroom in black pepper sauce which is really tasty. The chow mien is also very flavoursome. The restaurant is very cosy with only a few tables but I think that this adds to it's charm.
Guide Village Restaurant – BlackburnI've been meaning to write a review for this for a long time, but never found the time. This is a brilliant restaurant. The food is so fresh and creative and want you ask for more. I has duck for starters and pork for main course. DELICIOUS!!. I think most of the ingredients are locally produced. It is quite a novelle cuisine kind of restaurant, you only get small portions. But would definitely recommend this to anyone. The food is of very high standard. Its quite pricy, but why not! its worth every penny.
Northcote – BlackburnAbsolutely divine food at a price, but you do get superb quality and it is well worth it. Excellent wine list. Service does not do justice to the food and can be on the slow side.
Northcote – BlackburnThis is by far the best take-away in Blackburn. The quality and taste of the food is excellent. Free coffee on arrival, and you can watch your food being cooked. Tandori dishes, and shashlick take some beating.
Roe Lee Indian Takeaway – BlackburnI went there for the first time and I loved it, there food is the best I tried the family size 16 inch Asian style which was so tasty and filling I told my friends to order the same.
Balti House – BlackburnI have visited Kongs City quite a few times now and have to say it is the best chinese Ive eaten at. We dont live that close but we make the trip as its better than any chinese near us! The staff are very friendly and the food is brilliant. There are so many starters to chose from, i recommend the prawn toast and salt pepper squid. It is excellent value for money especially the banquets if there are a few of you.
Kong City – BlackburnVery good food, cost average, lovely people who own the place, very friendly.
Empire Chinese Takeaway – BlackburnWell im 15 and live quite close to mamas and me and my family have it every weekend for tea, its delicious! you just cant beat it!
Mammas Pizzeria – BlackburnDon? tell anyone about this one, they will all want to try it! We all had the brazed lamb as main course from the specials menu board, really enjoyed the meal, first class service.
Grey Mare Inn – BlackburnAgree with previous....we went very early on a busy Sat evening. We were seated just in time. Then it filled up! Very clean, modern and airy surroundings. Fantastic tasty starters. Poppadums, sheesh kebabs and meat samosas. I had chicken tikka jalfreezi (could have been slightly spicier) My partner had chicken madras which she says was just fine. Saag aloo, garlic naan and pilau rice as sides. Rice perhaps a bit over spiced (too much saffron I thought) but thats too picky on what was a perfect dining experience. Had to call our own taxi afterwards, not sure why but that meant a 15min wait in the lobby. I'd rather have it ordered and come whilst we were still in the bar afterwards. Anyway...such small points to complaint about. If you can get there midweek when I'd imagine its less busy then it'd be perfect. PS we took a doggy bag which was a perfect Sunday snack! ;-)
Shajan – Blackburnthe food here is fantastic especially the starters a few different options than your average chinese .very friendly &competent staff.
Great Village – BlackburnWonderful food. One of the best restaurants in England. The ambience is a little formal and hushed with an older clientele. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for in life usually
Northcote – BlackburnI am a vegetarian, it was wonderful not to have the inevitable pasta dish served in all restaurants, everyone made such an effort to make our visit memorable. Superb!
Millstone At Mellor – BlackburnMy daughter recently turned 18 and we celebrated with a family meal at the Bulls Head. Had a fantastic evening, the food was delicious and the staff efficient and well mannered. I will definitely be returning!
Bulls Head At Wilpshire – BlackburnFantastic place! Food is outstanding! Compliments to the chef Anson!!
Millstone At Mellor – BlackburnI recommend anyone who is on this site to give there fried chicken a try I was going past there shop yesterday and read a big sign saying new chicken with new recipe and i went in and i asked for 2 piece of chicken and i paid only 2 pound for them and i took them home and as i opened the chicken box the beautiful smell of chicken hit my taste buds and i ate the chicken and i shared some with my friends and that was the best chicken i and them have tried in their life so i recommend you to go in and try there chicken today thank you.
