Seniors – BlackpoolAfter a little shopping at Morrison? yesterday, I was rather peckish and I was highly recommended to Taylor? by a member of staff who eats there religiously! What an outstanding fish and chips the quality of the food was more than anticipated already and it was cooked to perfection, I could ask for no more.
Taylors Fish And Chips – BlackpoolHave been in before , Had an outstanding meal, But went into today wasn? as good as before, However the Service in this place is fantastic , You are seen within minutes, I observed non locals in for a meal, Listened to convo, they were Extremely happy with meal ..
Quilligans Cafe Bar – BlackpoolHave visited Taylors 'chippy several times now as its the ideal plaice (har har) to come when arriving to, or leaving Blackpool with it still being close to the sea front but far enough away to be a bit quieter. The food is lovely and the prices are very cheap considering the usual price of stuff in Blackpool. Definitely recommend it to anyone and will be visiting again in the near future.
Taylors Fish And Chips – BlackpoolBeing born in the Far East it was a refreshing change to enjoy a restaurant like this, it gave me a feeling of being back in the Far East with the clever mix of food types and styles. I have been to the Gurkha a few times now have not been disappointed once, even my children enjoyed the meal and trying to please a 2 and 5 year old with food that is totally new, not easy. The menu is varied and the food as fantastic. Drinks are a little expensive but for a great night out with family or a group of friends i would strongly recommend the Gurkha.
Gurkha Hotel, Restaurant and Bar – BlackpoolUsed to live around the corner from here, they are so friendly it's unbelievable, still call in occasionally & get a take-away, highly recommended. MY PARROT LOVED THE PRAWN TOASTS, if you are reading this at the take-away you know who I am. Thanks for many beautiful meals & good conversation.
Abbey Road TakeAway – BlackpoolThis restaurant is a little gem. Me and my husband had been meaning to go here for a while and we finally got round to it a couple of weeks ago. We had cheese and tomato garlic bread for starters and then I had the marinara with penne - lots of muscles, prawns and other seafood in a delicious white sauce. My husband had a steak in a sauce with garlic potatoes and other veg. We also had a litre of house red. The price was reasonable. The menu isn't big but they seem to specialise on certain dishes so it's good that they aren't too varied. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked to go back with friends - twice!
San Marcos – Blackpoolthe is a very good restaurant and I would with out doubt recommend this establishment to my friends. High quality food, good service and excellent decor a very good restaurant indeed
San Marcos – BlackpoolStaff very pleasant, pub very clean and well presented.
Yeadon Way Brewers Fayre – BlackpoolI'm a long time customer of Babylon and I find their customer service excellent, from the start the food, the service and the price has always been great and further more they really take care of returning customers. 10/10.
Babylon – Blackpooldixyland chicken is the very best takeaway or eat in restaurant of all time
Dixyland – BlackpoolNever eaten here previously and after reading the reviews thought we'd give them a go for my birthday. Quick call and our table was booked. on arrival we were met by Pauline and George who look after us throughout the evening, we were made to feel special and nothing was too much trouble even when we couldn't manage all the food we cheekily asked if we could take it home as it was far too good to waste. it was boxed and packed and ready for us on our exit. balloons, banner and cake were all a unexpected and lovely surprise. Thanks Pauline I had a great birthday, we'll definitely all be back.
Michael Wan’s Mandarin – BlackpoolA good place to eat with reasonably priced food. Not far from the Pleasure Beach
Tiggy Winkles Of Bond Street – BlackpoolOn 25/02/05 my family and I went to the Mandarin, Blackpool to celebrate my 40th birthday. This was the first time that I had actually been to this restaurant and I was absolutely delighted with both the service and the food. I had family down from Edinburgh, and was really pleased that we had chosen such a good place to eat. The room and table were decorated accordingly to mark the fact that I was 40 - this I thought was a wonderful gesture on the part of the restaurant. The food was excellent, it was very hot, and there was plenty of it and it wasn't too expensive either. The waiter we had for the evening was very attentive and he made the "birthday girl" feel special, as well as the rest of the guests. As a surprise for me, they had put on a cake with a candle and made everyone sing Happy Birthday. If I was to give Pauline and her staff at the Mandarin a score out of 100, that wouldn't be enough. You really have to go to this restaurant if you haven't already done so.
Michael Wan’s Mandarin – BlackpoolI recommend Wah Wahs to anyone. The best Green Thai curry around!! The food is great, the service is great and the atmosphere is very relaxed. GO!!
Wah Wahs – BlackpoolThis place is a hidden gem we loved it. Pete. Doncaster
West Coast Rock Cafe – BlackpoolI booked a reservation at the Mandarin purely on the basis that they served lobster. (Which believe it or not as rare in Blackpool) From the moment I arrived at the restaurant the waiter "George", became a friend. He was welcoming and treated everyone of us like regular customers.. The meal was a Valentines surprise for my partner and his sister and her partner, as we had never tried Lobster. The service was impeccable and also the food was tremendous... the Lobsters were dressed beautifully, 2 with ginger and spring onion, and the other with strawberries and kiwi. We were offered a sweet, but we decided we didn? want to ruin what was the best meal we had all ever had... Without a doubt we will all be returning, it is now our chosen venue for special occasions for the future, birthdays, anniversaries etc.... Thank you to all at the Mandarin, see you soon... Emma x
