My favourite restaurant every dish is perfection and the service is so joyful.I had the scallop thermidor and the sauce was so delicious didn't overpower the perfectly cooked scallops.Even the very sweet red onion was delicious.The fillet steak is the best steak I've ever had perfectly cooked I like medium and no horrid bits in it.we had the Indian potatoes and they were the best potatoes I've ever had . The prices are brilliant
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaFor my 92 birthday we took our grandson here for lunch to introduce him to Dover Sole Meuniere. Boy! was that a success. Into the Blue is one of those gems that,if you are lucky, you find and cherish. Eton Mess was much to his liking too. Wonderful service . Love it!

We love the food here but on this occasion the Thai fish cakes & the chicken skins were dry & rather disappointing. It was extremely difficult to choose between the divine rhubarb creme brulee or the chocolate brownie as both have been yummy The desert of chocolate & beetroot brownie with raspberry Sorbet was fantastic. One of he best sobets I've tasted. Looking forward to heading back to see what's on the menu

We chose ten small plates to share between three and asked for them to be delivered a few at a time which worked really well because we had time to savour the tastes and textures of each plate rather than being confronted with all ten at once! Delicious food, friendly and efficient service and well priced for the excellent quality of the food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

All the food was freshly cooked, everything was very tasty and the dover sole was perfect at a fraction of the price of a high-end restaurant. Top quality food with excellent service in an unpretentious setting - what's not to like?

The range of dishes is good with something for all tastes. It’s actually the only restaurant where l’ll eat fish or seafood as so many chefs ruin it!! It’s now a place to visit for special occasions ,as with everything currently we find it increasingly costly. Still love it!
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWe had a meal there last night when staying with a friend for a couple of nights. Our friend and I chose the seafood platters and were delighted with our meal. My husband chose the steak, but he was not so impressed. The service was excellent. It's a little pricey, but we would certainly go again.

We tried the sharing menu for 2, a brand new offering. Absolutely excellent. And their oysters plain, bloody mary or gin amd tonic are splendid, but the tempura oysters pip them all. Fabulous.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaLove the food. You can taste the love in it. I am a real foody, so a discerning eater. I would however request a larger vegetarian menu, and more frequent changes to it. I love going there, but as a vegetarian, have eaten the same meal every time.

The food was top notch and whilst not cheap by our standards, it was worth every penny. My partner is from an Atlantic seaside town in Europe and was as impressed as I was. The service was very good, as was the atmosphere and it was confidence inspiring to be able to gaze into the kitchen and observe the staff hard at work. This was our second time to visit Into the Blue and I hope it won't be our last. I will recommend this place to friends and family.
