Really good food in a relaxed, friendly setting

We had a really great lunch yesterday…we were given the Captain’s Table which, for 5 of us, was perfect. The menu had so much choice and included meat for those who do not want fish. We had a variety of main courses between us - fish and chips, mussels, fried cod and a pasta dish - all of which were delicious. A good choice of wines. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We are all looking forward to our next visit to Into The Blue.

A lovely meal - the mussels were fantastic, the various fish dishes we sampled were so tasty and the accompanying vegetables were delicious. Clean plates all round!

We're regulars at Into the Blue because the food and service is amazing. The introduction of the new menu and smaller sharing plates was inspired, as it's given us the option to mix and match different dishes, which makes it feel like the menu is three times bigger but every one is still delicious!

My family always request dinner at into the blue when they visit, they love, great food amazing value, and very friendly staff, best in town!

I have always loved the food at into the blue and my friend and I regular come because the batter is gluten free which she needs for her diet. The fish and chips are normally scrummy but for some reason on this visit the fish was tasteless and the chips quite soggy. Has the batter been changed at all? The service was still excellent and the staff really friendly as ever .

My partner and I enjoyed an excellent lunch yesterday. He chose traditional fish dishes of mackerel pate and fish pie whereas I had tempura prawns and the pulled pork Mexican style special. Everything was top-notch as usual. We like the relaxed atmosphere with pleasant and efficient service. Please keep up the good work!

We really enjoyed our first visit, been planning to go for a while and finally got around to it. Did not disappoint, food, service and vibe were all great and we'll definitely be heading back soon.
