My partner told me about this Place. Never been or heard of it before,but went as a one off. absolutely brilliant. Great staff, excellent food. Fresh. And good portions!. Definitely worth the money. Well presented. Went with my eldest lad first time he's fussy,loved it,he had fish and chips,he said the fish is the best he's tasted. Batter crispy. Went with my eldest and youngest the youngest love it he had steak and said it was perfect. Now for him to say that says it all! (Foodie) I had steak don't eat often but was perfect. I have also had mince onion pie. Best pie I have tasted.

Lovely place. Excellent food & service & catered well for one of our party who was in a wheelchair. Some different foods on the menu which was a plenty surprise to the usual pub foods. Will definitely be going again.

Went for Sunday lunch with my wife , pub was rammed which is always a good sign . Ordered a cheese and tomato flatbread to start and two 10 hour slow cooked Briskets. Wow great portion sizes and fantastic quality produce, little thing like temderstem instead of normal broccoli and the shredded cabbage and smoked bacon in the ramekins screams attention to detail. Best roast I’ve ever had and I make a banging roast. Excellent service and great value . We will be back!!

Came as a party of 4 and we were all happy with the experience, service was very good and food was excellent, overall we felt it was a very good experience for the money spent. Small point was the music was louder than i personally would have preferred but thankfully the tunes were to my liking so no problems. We would and will make a return visit!

Our 1st visit here on father's day We booked a table via the website I tried to call several times to add another person to the booking was always the answer phone, emailed and left a voicemail but didn't get a response luckily we were able to add a another table when we arrived The service was ok but wasnt really explained how to order food, whether you are served at the table or had to go to the bar to order Our table was in the function room which was very noisy to say there were only 3 more tables in there Overall the food was really good and came out in a timely manner

Usually great food but not as good this time. Jacket potato was lukewarm and lots of the lettuce had black on it.

10 out of ten for the food, bit disappointed that no dark fruit or magners cider. Will be back soon would like to try a Sunday roast.

We visited for the first time very vibrant and busy the best and biggest cheese n onion pie we ever had, gorgeous will be back

We love the food at the Hapton Inn. I cannot get a Veggie burger as good anywhere else and my husband gets the Village Megga Burger and he said its a really good . The service is really good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Visited for a family meal recently. Good was great and, despite having to send one dish back, staff we apologetic and rectified straight away. Bar staff and serving staff were all attentive and friendly. Only downside was atmosphere, would have been nice to have a bit of music rather than the sound from the TV and having to listen to football commentary. However, that didn't dampen the experience and we thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Would definitely recommend.

We visited for Mother's Day and had a fantastic meal. The business of the restaurant didn't effect the standard of service or quality of food in any way. The food was excellent we were very impressed, very stuffed and will most certainly be returning.

Came out for Mother’s Day lunch food was good value for money and staff very attentive

First time visiting here with friends and I will definitely be returning. Our server was very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, I had the steak & ale pie which was so tender. Great atmosphere too and value for money. 10/10

Very nice indeed, great service and lovely venue had drinks starters and mains, the only thing I could say could have been better was that the batter of the chicken bites tasted like it was old oil, but please don't let that put you off... I would go again A*

Lovely pub with great atmosphere, greeted by a lovely waitress called Charlie nothing was a bother asked for our order with in minutes the drinks were with us and not long after piping hot delicious food the burger was beyond what expected, I had the pulled lamb cabitta which just melted in u mouth. Will recommend to anyone to go and try. Great village pub!!!!!
