The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonSuperb meal out at the newly renovated and reopened Pheasant at Keyston. Wonderful service, comfortable atmosphere and as for the food...it was incredible! If you want to find out more about what we ate, I would love it if you would check out my blog! https://shootthecheese.wordpress.com/2021/06/02/the-pheasant-flies-again/ Thank you again for a great night out!
The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonHad a fabulous meal on opening evening. Really good food, good service and a lovely place to spend an evening. Inside and out, very lovely pub and restaurant
The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonWe were keen to return to this dining pub , which has always been one of our favourites. We had an excellent meal with great selection of wines . Even though the pub had only just reopened , the service was friendly and efficient. The bread and butter pudding with marmalade topping was huge and wonderful.
The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonMy husband and I had our first going out for lunch experience since lockdown March 2020. What a treat to go back to the Pheasant. The food was fabulous, scallops and the pea soup for our starters were the highlight, well, and the main course and pud! Very relaxed atmosphere. Very long wait for our drinks on arrival, our food had been ordered before they came, but hey ho, newly opened, new team etc etc! Have booked again, and fingers crossed the scallops will be on!
The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonDelighted to see the Pheasant open again and it didn't disappoint. Food was absolutely delicious, a good wine list and attentive service.
The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonDon’t go here if you want to be served eaten and out in 45 minutes. This is a wonderful place for relaxed dining. Lunch on Saturday - the day after they opened was superb. Great Choice of food and when it came to table it was excellent. Lovely people at service , you could tell they where nervous but only because they wanted to give their best. Book soon. This place will be booked out in months to come if Saturday was any guide. Exceptional value for money also........but the food was superb!
The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonSpent an enjoyable afternoon at the newly opened, revamped Pheasant, cannot fault the service, and the food was reliably good. So glad the restaurant is open again and the seating outside was a welcome addition. We will be returning!
The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonWe had a truly excellent meal at The Pheasant last night. The service was superb from arrival where we sat in the lovely garden and had a drink right through to table service. The food was delicious but not in any way pretentious. I had Scallops for starter that were fresh and perfectly cooked and a Flat Iron Steak for main course that was Medium Rare and so tender. We will be booking to return again very soon.
The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonSo nice to be able to eat at The Pheasant again, since it closed, just before lockdown last March. Zoe and Martin's menu with a wide range of dishes, showcasing local produce bodes well for maintaining The Pheasant's previous reputation. The food was perfectly cooked and presented. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonOur absolute favourite restaurant. Amazing food service and ambiance always. Well done everyone xx

The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonThe Pheasant is back! We dined on the night of reopening after a 15 month closure. The entire staff had changed so we expected a few hiccups, but everything was perfect. From a very friendly reception, through a fantastic meal and drinks, we were made to feel very welcome. Zoe and Martin have maintained the same level of food, service and atmosphere that has earned the Pheasant Cambridgeshire Dining Pub of the year in the recent past. I have no doubt they will achieve that honour again very soon. The Pheasant is once again our go-to pub-restaurant for a top drawer meal and experience.
The Pheasant at Keyston – HuntingdonVery much enjoyed my tapas and wine. Had a lovely room too.
The Ancient Shepherds – CambridgeA really perfect pizza! Capers and anchovies. delicious!
La Pergola – CambridgePerfect location in Cambridge. Right by the Fitzwilliam museum and Kings College. Beautiful hotel with a great restaurant. Was quiet when were there and therefore very prompt service!
Hotel Du Vin and Bistro – CambridgeHave been in the restaurant previously and had a good experience. This evening we Waited 2 hours for our food to be delivered with no apology! Think we was well within our right to ask for a discount after 2 hours and no apology. The driver then took the food back after refusing to call the restaurant, they would rather waste food and loose repeat customers! Appalling!
Victor Chan Oriental Cuisine – St NeotsWOW!! I have never had Flammkueche before but it is just really super, much lighter than pizza and frankly nicer to eat especially with the really delicious toppings served at Amelie. This place is a great discovery at the Grafton and everything about Amelie is new and unique. Atmosphere, design and service all really special. one of those places I will find an excuse to keep re visiting.
