I love the Castle and have eaten here on many occasions. However Sunday lunch yesterday was disappointing due to beef not being as it should be . I hope the kitchen received my feedback as I wouldn’t want the reputation of the restaurant to suffer .

A good Sunday lunch but the menu always seems the same on a Sunday and it would be good to have a choice of lamb or pork or fish.

We booked a table last night for my partners birthday! As soon as we walked in the atmosphere was amazing! Such a friendly welcome! The food was honestly one of the best meals I've had out at a restaurant I couldn't fault it and cleared the plates! Will definitely be back!!!

A splendid Sunday lunch in a beautiful restaurant with excellent service. Tom Samways produce is always delicious and high quality so it made me very happy to see it on the menu. My only tiny gripe is that instead of two types of beef, it would've been good to have lamb or pork as a further meat choice in addition to the turkey. The nut roast choice for vegetarians was also delicious. Also very good value for money. Diolch yn fawr ❤️

The whole family enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Lunch at the Copper Pot yesterday. Great food and service.

Visited on the 24th May 26 for a Sunday roast. We booked late and had to have a 3pm sitting. I wasn't expecting to have a great meal at 3pm if I'm honest., what with the main times being fully booked. But boy was I wrong what a fabulous meal we had and great service by the really friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble, bravo to all the staff. Highly recommend a visit here and yes we'll definitely be back.

Visited for Sunday lunch with the family and small dog. Staff were very welcoming and very efficient and the Sunday roasts were outstanding, so too were the espresso martinis, and the raspberry sorbet was heaven. Can’t recommend enough, food, atmosphere and service were first class.

Lovely venue, very helpful friendly staff and the food is absolutely beautiful all cooked fresh . I couldnt find any fault in this place at all .

Another delicious meal last night at the copper pot. We had starters of Korean chicken and belly pork, both so tasty,we shared each one and neither of us could decide which one we preferred. Our main course was flat iron steak, again the flavours of the meal were spot on. You have to try the onion rings! Unfortunately no room for sweet so can't review. From the welcome on arrival to our departure, staff were fantastic. Little gem of a place

We have been here both for Sunday lunch and cocktails and nibbles. Both times the food was exceptional, the service was fantastic and everyone is so friendly. The views are beautiful too. A must visit if you’re in the area.
