Fast becoming our go too place in Town ! Amazing little place ! Atmosphere is so vibrant , great service and attentiveness and the menu and dishes particularly the seafood platter are superb !

Was in the restaurant recently. Had a lovely meal and with wonderful service. First class on both counts. However a group booking of around 10 guys made it very difficult to hear each other talk around our table. Volume got louder with time and took the shine off the visit. Understand why the restaurant would take group bookings but the noise was starting to become imposing. Would certainly return if I was ever in Carlisle again.

Unreliable .., website advertise food service from 12.00-20.00. Arrived at 19.38 and was told kitchen closed. Very poor won’t be back.

Excellent food and service and amazing atmosphere

Have eaten at the Sage and Vine quite a few times now and the food is always delicious. The menu isn’t very big which always means freshly prepared food . Having said the menu isn’t very big and someone that only eats seafood or vegetarian I find the choices on that menu brilliant and the house salad is delicious with the fresh made pizzas .So nice to see it busy and thriving.

Had a wonderful meal for two yesterday, for our anniversary. The food was first class and the service is outstanding. Such a lovely place to dine out.

Another gorgeous meal at Mezzaluna. We brought family who had not dined there before & they were very impressed. Fantastic friendly staff as always too.

Had a delicious lunch with my fiancee here yesterday. The service was excellent and the owner told us all about the food what was getting prepared for us. 3 small plates for £20 was well worth it and the bread and dips were amazing. Will definitely be coming back for date day there again soon.

On a stopover in Carlisle we looked up “Places to eat near me” on google and found this fantastic restaurant near to where we staying. We couldn’t have found anywhere better. The service was excellent and the food was great. We had a margarita pizza and beef lasagna washed down with a lovely bottle of wine.

Customer service was 5*, even when the dessert came out and they didn’t have a specific ice cream our needs were still met and the food was exceptional. Definitely will return

My husband and I had a delicious meal here on the 14th as usual the meal wine and service was outstanding always served with a smile my favourite place to eat so inexpensive and the bottle of red goes down a treat thanks to all the hard working kitchen staff you all do a fantastic job never once had to complain and your sweets are to die for

Brilliant meal. Well served and organised. We made a pre order as there was 12 of us and every meal was correct and gorgeous!!
