La Mezzaluna – CarlisleWow, What a good pub with excellent food. My wife and I had the mince plate pie which was fabulous. Our other gusts had a curry and chicken and thoroughly enjoyed both. We were staying at the nearby Caravan and Motorhome Club site and if we had been staying longer we would have come back to The Greyhound. Excellent value for money.
Greyhound Inn Cotehill – CarlisleWe wanted a traditional pub meal rather than going to chain pub, we found the Greyhound on line. Easy to book, food was good value with good portions (couldn’t manage desert!) Really friendly staff who were happy to have a natter with us. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back.

Your pancake wrapped around banana and served so nicely with ice cream, maple syrup and a mint leaf, was exceptionally good! Very welcoming team and excellent service.
